Lesson Four (First Years) Empty Lesson Four (First Years)

Richard sat down at his desk, his wand laid directly in the centre of his desk. With a casual wave of his hand he summoned his wand to his hand. Catching it with careless ease, he sighed a little and waved it once. A goblet of water soared through the air from his office, not spilling a drop, as he came to a rest in the centre of his desk.

Lesson Four (First Years) Empty Lesson Four

Post by Flora Evans Thu Oct 20, 2011 6:44 pm

Flora walked into the class with a muggle novel in her hand. Seeing she was the first to arrive, she greeted the professor, took a seat and continued her reading.

    J. J. walked into the room and looked around it was only to Professor and Flora. She took a seat behind the other girl.

"Hello," she said to the room at large and then settled into her seat.

Aquila walked into the room and sat beside Flora. A glance at the other girl told him she was deep in her book. He thought for a moment about bothering her, but in the end thought better of it.

She probably wouldn't take too kindly to being interupted. At least that was what he heard about people who enjoyed books anyways.

Instead he took out his things and tried to focus as much of his pacients as he could into waiting for class.

Damian peeked into the classroom before entering. His hair had been blue for a couple days, now, yet oddly, he hadn't thought on it much until he had to attend classes with his mentors. The boy wasn't anymore certain of how Master Romain would respond to his apprentice having blue hair than he had been when it came to Master Chaos.

"Good morning, sir," Damian greeted the man as he took a seat. He went about his usual pre-class routine without further comment.

When the students filed in through the door, Richard blinked a few times. That was just plain odd,

"My Gray..." he paused for a few seconds, "Your hair is blue. Why?"

Richard leant forwards on his arms to look at the goblet of water close-up. He looked around the goblet at his class,

"Tell me boys and girls..." he sat up straight again and gestured to the clear goblet in front of him, "What do you see here? What is in this goblet?"

"I had an encounter with a color-changing charm, sir," Damian answered. Which was absolutely true, he'd just left out the fact that not only had he allowed said charm to be used on his hair, he had also decided to keep it that way afterwards.

The boy frowned thoughtfully at the goblet. "It looks like water, sir," he said, "though, it could be Veritaserum or something else that's clear. And of course, since this is Transfiguration class, it could probably become anything - if he wasn't something else to begin with."

Miles laughed to himself seeing the Hufflepuff boy with blue hair, Miles's brother always use to use this charm on him. The professor asked the class what was in the goblet, Miles quickly raised his hand " Professor seeming it is clear and appears to have no scent, is it a Polyjuice potion?" Miles thought this was a logical answer seeming they were in Transfiguration
