Fix You

"I'm sure." He grumbled. "Completely..." He inched closer, bringing their noses side by side. "Absolutely...." His lips trembled against hers, not exactly touching yet, but not untouching either. "Positively..."

Then he was kissing her. A kiss to rival the one their younger selves were still caught up in. His lips moved against hers in a heated frenzy, and a strong ripple flew through his mind. His emotions were completely mixed with hers now, and he was feeling every single sensation she was with every nerve of his entire being, all the way through his soul. The kiss demanded to be deepened, and deepen it did, Tre's arms wrapping around the girl to pull her impossibly closer.

If anyone asked him, he would have sworn they became one person for the briefest of seconds.

Then he was electrified, flying backward, quite surprised to find himself back in the room of necessity.

He looked down at her, a decidedly stupid grin etched across his face.

She'd literally taken his breath away.

Ash leaned into his kiss, sighing slightly against his lips, even as she began to feel the flurry of emotions that weren't hers, though hers were swirling, mingling, joining with the others - all mixing into one.

Her head swirled, heart raced and brain felt like it was phyically shaking trying to keep up with it all, but she didn't want it to stop. If she could stay right there forever she would - she really would.

Ashleen blinked suddenly as all of that was gone and she was blinking back in her room .. no not her room. She'd finally figured it out, the room of Necessity. She took a moment, trying to get her breath, trying to shake the almost dizzy feeling that was swimming in her consiousness as her mind once more tried to sort out what had been hers, and what had been his...

There was one thing she was sure about. It was the only thing she had always been sure about, just never wanted to say it allowed.

But now she just couldn't... it was pushing up at her throat like word vomit. There was no way she could stop it now.

She looked up at Tre, his stupid little grin mirroring on her face, before she got lost in his gold gaze again, and she lost all control of everything. Her face slid back to serious and what she had been holding back for... years came sliding out.

"I love you."

Tre's expression got more serious as hers did, his eyes slightly tinged with worry. "Ash...?" He asked softly, slightly confused.

He blinked. Twice. Three times...

The he was kissing her again, his hold on her tightening to almost painful as he moved, quickly pinning her on the bed, his body pressed flush against hers. He was suddenly so intesnsely hungry for her that he just had to... had to...

His lips trailed across her skin, nipping the sensitive spot on her neck before pulling back, eager to see her. His eyes had gotten brighter, if that was possible, blazing gold so complete it was animal.

"You love me." He repeated in wonder. "You..."

His lips caught hers again, and his body pressed her further into the mattress. "I love you." He murmured into her lips. "I love you I love you I love you I..." he shivered, his entire body humming with happiness. It felt as if a huge weight had been lifted from his chest, now that it wasn't just festering in there anymore.

Ash bit her lip as he blink, swallowing hard and worrying that she ruined everything. What if he didn't want her - or she could have...

Oh lord she was an idiot wasn't she? Why didn't she just learn to shut up.

She opened her mouth to backtrack when he cut her off with her own pushing her back into the bedspread that was hers and wasn't. She shivered as she his lips found her neck, and she reached up to run a finger along his lower lip as he pulled away, getting distracted by his eyes again - they were so...

She nodded her head as he spoke, nervous that was all he had said. She shouldn't have - she was going to backtrack again when this time he spoke.

Ash froze for a moment and then her lips pulled into a large grin against his, every single time he said it, her heart was sent racing, jumping. She was sure she'd never been happier. Nor would she ever tire of hear those three words.

She wrapped her arms around him, kissing back.

"You don't know how long..." She mumbled against his skin as she trailed kisses along his jaw away from his mouth, "All I wanted.." she began to trail back, "I love you." She kissed him again.
