She guessed that she should have learned her lesson the first time. Kait did learn it, but the red head always have loved the feeling of danger.

Greek soil, sand, language, customs, villages... is was like the urge of alcohol. Tempting, addictive, beautiful, a release. And the Hrabrost hasn't set a foot on Greek soil, in seven months, thanks to her oh so wonderful kidnapper.

With a surf board in one hand, wand in a holster (charmed to be invisible but to her eye), her pet snakes off somewhere hunting, she stood on a beach, breathing in and out deeply. She was in a Black Skull Bikini top, and swimming shorts that were black too, after, of course, glamouring her scars.

Kaitlen starting running for the water, loving the site of huge waves, and starting paddling farther out, on her surfboard. Seeing a big wave, she waited patiently, and stood up to ride the wave. After that, she continued to ride wave after wave, only five minutes away from her Drug Dealer of a mother, whom she hasn't talked to in about eight months.

It was that time of the month again where the Bonnet family had decided to take a family vacation. Marcus's mother had decided on Greece. In reality, it was because the boy's mother had concert to perform at that night in Greece and the entire family had decided to tag along.

More like we didn't have a choice, he thought to himself. He didn't mind Greece, he had been in the country many times before. It was the idea of not knowing how to surf and staying in a house near the beach that bothered him. His older brothers wouldn't teach him and he couldn't teach himself since he knew nothing.

Walking down the beach, the french boy saw it was pretty empty and out in the ocean, he saw a red haired girl surfing. He was amazed at her ability and quite frankly, the blonde was jealous of it. He waited on shore, hoping she come back soon so he could ask her for help. He would pay if he needed to. All he wanted to do was just learn.

Her eye caught a boy, a gorgeous boy she might add, staring at her, envy clear. She guessed it was because she was surfing and he wasn't? Maybe he didn't know how.

Deciding why not, she swam towards him, on her surf board. "Do you know how to surf?" She asked him, getting out of the water. The red head was dripping yet, and was relieved that her wand was still in the holster.

The first thing that caught Marcus's attention to the girl was her scars. Well, it had been her hair, that's why he had paid attention to the girl in the first place but the scars on her body was the second thing he noticed when paddled her way to the shore.

His eyes darted away from them and up to the girls eyes whom he gave a kind smile too. He wasn't going to ask her, it was too forward for him to do so anyways. Marcus waved as well as he greeted her.

"Hi, I'm Marcus Bonnet," he introduced as he extended his hand for her to shake. "Uhm, I'm not sure if you're a professional or not but I saw what you were doing out there and I'm pretty impressed. Do you mind teaching me? I'll pay if I have to."

She noticed his eyes looking at her scars, and realized she had forgot to glamour the small ones and one big one.

She gave a kind smile in return, and laughed. "Paying? Forget about that. I enjoy teaching others what I enjoy." She paused. "My name is Kaitlen Grayson, though you can call me Kait," She accepted the hand. "I have been surfing since I was nine, though then I had only got the really small waves, and I sucked big time," The red head laughed.

"Well, with surfing you need balance. Do you have good balance?" She asked, curiously.

Grinning at her kindness, he repeated her name in his head three times so he wouldn't forget. A method he had been using lately so he could easily remember people's name; it had show a positive outcome lately so he stuck to it.

"Balance, I have some of it," Marcus laughed at his own statement, feeling lame afterwards. "Uhm, but yeah, I do. Probably not one that's 100% reliable but it's good. What's the first thing I have to do?"

"Well, I am not the best teacher, and I had to teach myself on how to surf," The red head warned him ahead of time. "The first time I got onto a surf board, I paddled up to a small wave, and stood up, but ended up falling."

"So..." She told him lamely. "Do you wanna do what I first did? Or wanna practice standing up for a wave?" She asked him. "I'd go for the practicing part, if I were you.

Marucs chuckled and nodded, "Okay, I'll go with the praticing part.... Kait, Kait right?" He asked at the end, trying to make sure.

The boy blushed a red shade on his cheeks as he felt completely stupid. "I don't have a board here. I really didn't plan on finding a last teacher to teach me as I just decided to go on a walk .... Uhm, is there a shop near by where I purchase one?" He smiled in a child like manner, "Because I see no point in learning how to surf in the water if it results in you having to yell instructions from the shore. It would be very silly!"

"Yep, Kait. And you are Marcus," She told him laughing. Pulling of a Elastic Band of her wrist, and put up her hair, which she hadn't gotten around to cutting yet. Her split ends were horrible, for she didn't exactly didn't get a chance for a trim in her Prison.

Kaitlen just chuckled, and put down her red Surfboard, which was her pride and joy. "Yep, would you like to borrow my other one though?" She asked curiously. "It is one for beginners, though I'd prefer it if you wait here when I go get it." The red head did not want anybody to see her mother.

"It would be silly," She agreed.

"Okay, Kait," he grinned happily. Marcus profusely thanked her for letting him use her spare board and placed it on the floor, getting on top of it. His feet placement were wrong but he was balanced. Marcus felt entirely stupid for it all. He wished surfing, or anything really, would come easy. But when he taught himself guitar because his older brothers were off touring with bands because they were managers, Marcus learned that everything took practice and that everything took time. Even if he didn't like it.

"What are the first things I should know what to do out there?" Marcus asked and turned into a panicky tone, "Should I be concerned about sharks? There's no sharks out there right? Or Sting rays or anything that can kill me, yeah?"

She shrugged off the apologies, and knelt down to fix his footing. "This foot, needs to be turned this way," Kaitlen fixed his right foot. Then the Hrabrost stood up and grinned at him. "Now remember this footing, are you balanced?" She asked, making sure before they decided to have him practice in the water.

"Well, when you go out for a wave, make sure it is one you know for sure you can practice. And in some areas, watch out for rocks and stuff. And there is Sting Rays, but they are mostly friendly. And if you have the worst of luck, I know what to do. I may be impulsive, but I know the risks when I do stuff," The red head said confidently. "And I have only saw a shark once, but that was when I was when I was really out in the ocean, surfing."

He fixed his stance the way Kait had showed him and stood in a balanced way. He felt balanced and he told her. Marcus remembered the footing and let it store into his head so he wouldn't remember. He really didn't want to go out into the ocean and make a fool of himself and fall flat on is face. Hitting water flat face had been hurtful before and he was sure that it didn't make any difference if was in the ocean.

Marcus listened to her as she explained her experiences while surfing and feel more confident. She did say Sting Rays were friends and she saw sharks farther into the sea.... he wasn't planning on going into deep see ever.

"Okay then," he said with a bright grin. "I think I'm good to go. What do you say?"

Pleased, she nodded. "Alright, lets go into the water and see how well you do for you first time. But, you gotta get there fast cuz surfing also takes speed." The words barely got out of her mouth before she grabbed her surfboard, and ran towards the water.

When the water was high enough where it reached her hips, she climbed on, laying across the board as she waited for Marcus to catch up.

It wasn't like it was his first time near the water or anything but to say Marcus was very calm about the situtation, was a complete lie. He was freaking out a little out of it but decided to do it anyway.

Copying Kait's actions, he was soon sitting on his board and had caught up with the red head with a slight smile, "I think I overworked myself up for nothing." Marcus was speaking too soon, considering he had't even surfed a wave yet. "Now what?"

"Gotta practice standing up quickly in the water don't we?" Kait asked, grinning from ear to ear. "How I just showed you on how to stand, is how you should be." To show him, Kait quickly got up, though for a few moments there, Kait almost lost her balance.

"Try it," Kait urged him, while laying back down on her surfboard.

"Okay," he nodded as he copied Kait's movements. He tried his best to stay unbalanced but the moment he stood up on his surfboard, Marcus managed to fall down into the water, making the board turn upside down.

Taking a few seconds to recognize his surroundings, he swam upwards so his head could be above water. Climbing onto his board, he sat on it quietly as he looked over at Kait.

"I'll try that once more," he grinned. Taking a few minutes to recompose himself, Marcus tried it once again and this time, he didn't fall off his board.
