Re: Flying Lesson Four First years
Certh had ventured out onto the Flying Field to find only two other students had already arrived, as well as the professor: she looked new, and couldn't remember her working there prior to that lesson. He had given it a slight shrug in the shoulders, not seeming to care very much either way and walked out toward them. Certh had still not received a broomstick yet for the position of Beater on the house quidditch team; however there were school brooms he could have used which appeared to fill him with a queasy feeling at just the thought.
Arriving shortly after, he did not bother to stop and seemingly introduce himself to the new professor - nor explain why he had been late, and stood away from the other students with a good gap between himself and them. Something caught the corner of his eye, though: it was Marcus, the boy who had wanted to be friends with Certh in the previous term. A small smirk filled his lips whilst he glanced back to the black haired professor and, for a few moments, wondered where Jessica was hiding out.

Re: Flying Lesson Four First years
Jessica limped out to the flying field, cursing the day that stairs were invented. She tried to get there as quickly as possible but this just proved to be both painful and difficult with a possibly sprained ankle.
"I'm so sorry I'm late professor. I couldn't walk properly," she said quietly, a sweet smile gracing her lips. She batted her eyelids a little and limped over to where Certh was stood, and soon the fake smile fell from her face. She sighed and rolled her eyes jokingly with her back to the professor, grinning.
"Hey," she whispered, turning around to face the new professor, and she soon realized that she hadn't seen her before. Jess turned to Certh with a look of confusion. "Who's she?" she sent him, mouthing the words as well in case it was a little quiet. Her mind-messages were a bit cloudy when she hadn't used them in a while.

Re: Flying Lesson Four First years
He nodded casually to the professor, trying to make it appear like he had been apologetic for arriving late. The smirk remained on his lips, figuring that he should now try and be on time as he had already lost his house a few points in one of the previous terms. His eyes shifted from the vampirish professor's face down to the grass covered ground and began to wonder where Jessica had been, all the while she had walked up beside him with a limp. Since, his mouth had went back to the straight-face it is known for, and looked beside him to her. "Hey Jess" He mouthed back, but did not bother to keep his voice very low. "New professor, never seen her before." Certh told her back, allowing his voice to push the bounds of whispering as the tone appeared to get a tad louder.
