Candyland

Prince walks into the ice cream parlor, he decided to take a short break from his muggle studies and treat himself to ice crewam. He smiles at the man behind the counter and passes him a galleon "one mint chocolate chip please, and keep the change." he was feeling reasonably generous today. He sat down at a table and slowly savored his treat. He sighs. He wished his baby sister were here, but she didnt find muggles nearly as fascinating as he did. To him muggles were interesting and different. One day he'd work for the Muggle Artifacts branch of the ministry. It was his dream job.

Grinning to herself, Savannah thought back to the last time she'd been here. Sighing happily at the thought of Chris, she blushed, swirling her spoon around her ice cream.

Glancing around the little parlour for a seat, she peered over at a guy who looked familiar. Did he go to Hogwarts? Shrugging, she walked towards him. "Can I sit here?" she asked, hovering over the empty seat uneasily,

Prince nods at the girl "well of course, nobody else is sitting there. im here alone today." he thinks "do i know you? prince middleton, hogwarts, gryffindor" he smiles holding out his free hand. he smiles kindlu at the girl. she seemed nice enough. he could deal with her. the only people he couldnt handle were the people that flirted with rena, or screwed with rena.

"Oh, ok, that's good." Savannah smiled, quickly taking the seat across from the boy. Titling her head at him, she shrugged, "Maybe. You look sorta familiar. But we're in the same House, so it probably has something to do with it."

Shaking his hand, she introduced herself, "Savannah Lerran. Also a Gryffindor. Also from Hogwarts."

Prince gives the girl a small smile. That's how he knew her. Well he didnt know her know her, he had said hello to her once or twice but never actually talked to her.

"well its really good to meet you officially savanna. i hope we can become aquaintences in the near future." he spoke with the slim smile remaining.

Returning his smile, she glanced down at her ice cream, taking a spoonful and swallowing it. Humming softly to herself, she shifted slightly in her chair absentmindedly. "Good to meet you two." she said with a dip of her head.

"Yeah," she said softly, barely registering her own lie, "that'd be nice."

Prince was now confused "hey whats wrong? you seem....i dunno but its strange. you got all quiet all of a sudden" he poked randomly at his icecream with his tongue. he wasnt big on sweets but he'd try to be more of a normal kid for Serena. She needed him to be normal. He didn't want her to end up being wierd like him

"Hmm?" She tilted her head at him, snapped out of her own thoughts. As she thought back over what exactly he'd said, the Gryffindor raised an eyebrow. "And how do you know I'm not a quiet person?" Her tone was colder than she'd expected, more harsh and uncaring, and it didn't fit with the innocent expression on her face.

"After all, we don't know each other."
