Personality: Neil may seem like a rich stuck up pureblood, but he's a much nicer person on the inside. His parents have him trained to be poise and elegant, but he is far from it. Though he loves his parents, he always finds a way to release his wild side when he is away from his family. He hates the pretentious way people act in his world, and he wants to be nothing like that.

He is not a fan of studying and his major strength is potions. Other subjects do fancy his interest and though he hates studying, he loves to learn new things in a more practical way. He is also pretty good with sports and is athletic. He is a player who fools around with girls and sometimes even guys. It is all just harmless fun for him, and he has no plans to be in a committed relationship.

Overall history: Neil was born into a typical pureblood family where image came before the truth. His family was, and is still, a well known group of people amongst the Ministry and the French wizarding society. His parents try very hard to keep up their image and will go through any lengths to maintain their reputation, even if it means through lies and deceit. But to their children, they are nothing but caring people.

As a young kid, Neil let himself be fooled by his parents' antics and their teachings that being a pureblood is the most important thing. He was taught mannerisms and and to be proper, but all that faded away as he grew older. He began to see the bright and enjoyable side of life and didn't want to let that go. He did everything to please his parents, but not any for his own purpose. He was himself only with friends and rarely stayed home for long.

He doesn't mind what people think of him, but he does care about they say concerning his parents. He has a very strong bond with his older brother, who is aware of all the things he does but doesn't judge him. His brother is more of the 'golden boy' of the family, but that never bothered Neil.
