Rules? Sorry, not familiar with the concept.

Xaria needs someone to explore with, or someone who doesn't mind breaking the rules sometimes. She needs a friend who she can laugh with. Male or female, not really an issue, but she doesn't have many friends and she really could use one. She's quite energetic, too... Not sure why that's relevant, it just seemed to be... She's not a mean charrie, but she doesn't like to do everything by the book and needs something to do.

If her new friend was a boy, maybe it could be someone she starts off disliking and grows to like more than a friend? I dunno, just an idea. Well, yeah. She doesn't bite. Unless provoked.
