Shaking her head she flashed the boy a rueful smile.
"That being said, lets just keep that between you and me."
She looked the boy over slowly.
"Well I can not in a good faith reprimend you for something I barely managed to do myself. You can stay here if you wish, please - although I know that fiasco was not your fault - let's try to avoid another one. I shall be in my office if you need me."
Nodding her head, she reached over and patted the boy lightly on the shoulder before leaving out the door.
