The truth will set you free but first it will piss you off

Yasmina stowed her things and waited for something interesting to happen she met someone who she had a crush on and wanted to see him again. She was slightly angry that she had to spend most of the summer away from France because her mom was concerned that they would run into her father again. But they did not escape him and Yas ended up with an eye that was black and blue and basically swollen shut even though it had been two weeks since the incident. Her cheekbone was broken on her right cheek so instead of smiling like her usual cheerful self she held her lips in a slight frown because it hurt less.

Peering out the window uninterested in anything that she saw her excitement to go to school was slightly diminished by the pain she felt on the outside but her heart still raced for the school was the one place she was completely safe and would never have to worry about running into her abusive father who her mom ran away from with her in tow.

Oliver climbed into the carriage. He was a little irritated because the school year had interrupted what was most likely levesque's greatest gambling season yet. It was upsetting that he had to hang up his tux and bowtie, and stow away his wig and fake beard for yet another year. Wearing grungy jeans and a tight t shirt he found a seat and sat down. He recognised the young girl from the casino earlier that year and managed a small wave at her.
