Personality: Svetlana is a strong and independant woman who always tries to work hard in order to gain success. She has a desire to live the wealthy life, though her life has not turned out like that at all. Because of this she comes across as hard nosed and bitter towards many people who aren't that close to her. She is very social and loves making her friends and forming networks, mainly so she can move up in the social order. Because of her social skills many people, mainly men are attracted to her and want to get to know her, often planning for expensive items to please her and win her affection despite the fact that she is married.

Overall history: Svetlana is muggle, when she was a young girl her parents were quite rich but as they got older, her father became sick meaning a large part of the family income had gone, they after a couple of years of her mother working as a nurse the family were able to live comfortably again. Svetlana was always an ambitious girl and wanted to success, she dreamed of becoming a high paid lawyer, and always thought she would have a super rich husband and they would live in a beautiful house.

When Svetlana was 17 she became pregant with her first child of her then boyfriend at the time, her parents did not approve of this and Svetlana knew she would not be a good mother at such a young age and decided that the sensible thing would be to have an abortion. Her boyfriend was not happy with her for doing this and dumped her. Svetlana then began working in a newsagents.

A couple of years later she met her husband Dorcel, she feel madly in love with him despite he wasn't super rich he had a promising career, at age 27 Svetlana became pregant again excpet this time with a man that she really loved. She named the baby Mikhail, a name which she had always dreamed she would call her son.

But as time went on, her husband was not moving up in his career as she had hoped, this resulted in the family having to struggle with money issues. Then when Mik turned 11 they discovered he was a wizard and was sent to school at Beauxbatons. Svetlana was shocked to find out this news and wondered how it was possible for her to give birth to a wizard considering she was a muggle and so was her entire family.

Her son Mikhail is still in Beauxbatons and finshes school in 2 years time, she is concerned that he will not able able to get a good job and just like his parents will have to struggle with money, all she wants is for him to live a golden life.
