History

Family: The only daughter of Jeanne Rosier (nee Malfoy) and Ira Rosier. Jeanne was educated at Beauxbatons, where she met her future husband Ira. They started as a couple in their fifth year at the school, and Ira proposed on graduation day. Ira returned to England with Jeanne shortly afterwards where they both settled in Kent. Jeanne opened up a flower shop and Ira got a job in the Department of International Magical Cooperation, usually called upon to liase with the French ministry.

Personal: Carina was raised in the English family holding in Kent. Every summer she went to her grandmother Eva’s home in Toulouse until she died when Carina was eight. She helped her mother in the shop and was discouraged from an early age from mingling with any muggle children she may have encountered on her travels. Every New Year from her birth, Carina was taken to visit her grandmother and Grandfather Malfoy who had purchased a ruined castle in Ireland (near Cork) and lived there, renovating happily.
