First Date (Crystal and Thomas)

Thomas walked into the 3 broom sticks, waiting for Crystal to come for there date. He had a single red rose. Thomas ordered 2 butterbeers.

Crystal walked into The Three Broomsticks and looked around, she Thomas sitting there and walked over to him. When she got to the table he was at she saw a red rose in his hand.

"Hello." she said smiling as she got closer. she could already tell this was gonna be a great date.

Thomas looked up and smiled "Hello" said Thomas getting up. "This rose is for you" said Thomas handing her the rose. He kissed her on the cheek to keep it simple and pulled the chair out for her. Crystal sat down. Thomas took his seat. "I got this for you" said Thomas putting the butterbeer in front of her.

"Thank you very much." she said smiling he was so very sweet.

She took a sip of her butterbeer and smiled at him. "So how are you enjoying Hogwarts?"she had to start a conversation somewhere.

"So far it's really great. The classes aren't as hard as i thought they'd be and i have met so really cool people and one of those people being you" Thomas smiled at Crystal. "So tell me things about you" Thomas asked.

Thomas took a sip of his butterbeer and put it back down on the table.

Crystal looked down slightly feeling her cheeks warm as she blushed.

"Well I'm from America, but I moved to England when I was 6." she said thinking about what she could say. "When I got my Hogwarts letter my parents told me that was the only reason we moved so I better not mess it up." as she said this she remembered how they said as a k=joke but could see in their eyes there was more they were not telling her.

"What about you? Your story must be far more fascinating then mine." She said smiling widely

Thomas nodded in understanding. "Well i have 2 younger sisters, you already no Alex. We moved traveled a lot of places until we got our Hogwarts letters. We then moved back to London. But while we were traveling i watched stuff happen to Alex and i have always been really protective of her and my other sister" Thomas said with a slight frown. Thomas took another sip of his butterbeer.

Crystal really valued this in him. She could see he was protective of her.

"Yes I do know Alex she is so sweets I love her. She is such a good friend." she said"I have a brother but he still live in America with my grandparents and I miss him dearly." Crystal moved the conversation along because it was very painful to talk about her brother. "What about your other sister? Doesn't she go to Hogwarts?" she asked generally curious as she moved the glass of her Butterbeer around on the table.

"I can see that you miss him dearly and my other sister is 2 years younger then Alex so no" Thomas chuckled a little. "Yeah i always wanted a little brother but i have sisters and they are funny until when they pull there pranks on me" Thomas said with a smile.

Crystal laughed at this. "I didn't take Alex to be a prankster. But I believe it." she took another sip of her butterbeer.

"Trust me she may not see like that but trust me she is like that. The one time i was going to take a walk in the park and i went to change my shorts to pants and when i got to the park squirrels started to chase me. When i got home Alex told me that she rubbed peanut butter on my pants so i can get chased my squirrels" Thomas chuckled a little.

Crystal laughed at this.
"Well I do believe that. My brother played pranks on me constantly. This one time I came down to breakfast and there was no one there so I looked at the clock and it was three hours till anyone would be up. He set my alarm clock back!" Crystal smiled at the memory no matter what pranks he pulled she would give anything to talk to him again.

Miles saw a ravenclaw girl sitting with a Slytherin boy, it appeared they were on a date, Miles casually walked over to the table and placed down his Gillywater on the table

" Crystal, your a Ravenclaw, you can do much better than this Slytherin mudblood"

Thomas was mad now. "First of all i'm a Pure blood you ass and Crystal do you no this guy" Thomas asked looking at Crystal.

Miles looked over at the Slytherin boy, "Hmm pure blood, my mistake, whats your last name then" Miles knew nearly all of the pure blood families, due to his dad being a very strong believer in blood purity. Miles was glad he got his mother's brains, or else he probably would have been in Slytherin like his father

"Gilbert, my mother's and father's family were all pure. So that makes me one to" said Thomas really not in the mood.

Miles went red with embrassment, " oh ok, im sorry must have mistaken you for someone else" Miles sensed Thomas was annoyed, "Perhaps I can get guys somemore butterbeers?"

When the annoying boy came over all she did was sit back. How rude!
When Thomas asked her she said "No" but she didnt believe they were really paying attention.

Miles looked over at the Ravenclaw girl, she was glaring at him with a cold deth stare. feeling intimidated he quickly retracted his offer " Aw, well maybe you guys don't want anymore, well i think im just going to go" Miles picked up his gilly water and started walking back to his table, as he was walking back he was hoping he wouldn't see the ravenclaw girl in the common room, as for she looked like she was ready to crucio him

Thomas turned to Crystal. "I'm sorry he ruined are night" said Thomas apologizing for what had happened. "I wanted tonight to be perfect and I sorta let my jealousy take over a little bit" Thomas gave a small smirk.

After the annoying kid walked off Thomas started apologizing.

"Don't worry about it. Its been great so far, with one slight interruption." she said this with a smile.

"Its kids like that. They make me ashamed to be a Claw."

Thomas smiled. "Yeah my sister Alex gave me a pep talk just in case something like that happened and i needed it help with it. If you hate being a Ravenclaw why don't you ask to switch".

"It's not that I hate being a Ravenclaw it's how some Ravenclaw's act all superior that bothers me." she said lightly. Crystal had never liked the whole dividing of houses. Everyone was their own person and just because you were in a certain house doesn't mean that is who you are.
