Summer (Open)

Valerie was visiting France for the summer and was enjoying every minute of it. Valerie decided to go to the lake so Valerie put on her favorite zebra print bikini and put on a dress on top of it. Valerie grabbed a towel, sun screen, sun glasses, ect. Valerie got to the lake and saw that the sun was shinning. Valerie set her bag down and put her towel on the ground so she could lay down and sun bathe. Valerie took off her dress and put on some sun screen and laid down on her towel. Valerie put on her sun glasses and relaxed in the sun. She sighed because she loved the summer time because she could do this.

Camille was sprawled near the lake, on a towel, the sun shining down on her. She needed some tan before school started, no?

She had her iPod on and was drifting to sleep when she felt someone laying down next to her. She couldn't help herself, and turned around immediately to see who it was. She'd been looking over her shoulders everytime she went out, ever since the incident with that vampire at the Eiffel Tower. She could still recall the exact place he'd sunk his teeth into her neck.

While Camille wasn't all that worried because they were in a wizard lake, and not a place full of Muggles, she was still a bit shaken up from what had happened.

She breathed in relief when she saw it was a young blonde, around her age, perhaps a bit younger.

"Oh, thank Merlin," she muttered.

Valerie felt someone jump next to her and say something. Valerie turned to see a girl. 'Wow, I didn't even see her' Valerie thought in her head. Valerie turned to her. "Hello, my name is Valerie McGuoirk and you are" Valerie held out her hand for the girl to take. Valerie had to admit, she was glad someone else was here to keep her company.

Camille smiled and shook the girl's hand, "Camille Fortescue."

She frowned. The girl seemed to be around her age. . . why hadn't she seen her at Beauxbatons before? Judging by her accent, she didn't seem to be from around here either. "I'm just going to take a guess and say you're from Hogwarts," she stated, "You don't have a Durmstrang accent."
