The Only Third Year Boy?......

Tobias sat down in a empty compartment. He hoped this new school offered more than his private tutor did. He was used to having people around him now. That vampire in him was getting the hang of him being only half vampire.

Now it was time to start fresh, Make some trustfull friends.

Why was he running again? Ah yes, because Julian knew that when it came to Ninette, there were moments when you couldn't fight her. It was either run or die. And besides, he was supposed to be patrolling the carriage anyway.

Pulling open a carriage door, he glanced at the boy inside. "Well, well, well." leaning against the door frame, he smirked slightly, "Lonely?"

Tobias Turned his head to the door and smirked.

"You could say so." Tobias said with raised eyebrows.

"Please sit, I don't Bite!" Tobias said with a small laugh. "I'm Tobias Count by the way. A New Third Year Prideux." Tobias said with a smile.

Staring at the boy for a fraction of a second, Julian frowned for a moment before shrugging. The other prefects could patrol the carriage without him. Flopping down across from the boy, he raised an eyebrow, "I sure hope not." I do not want to get bitten again.

"Ah, a thirdy," Julian sighed happily, "I remember being young like you." Holding out a hand, he smiled, "Julian Rousseau. Your new prefect."

Tobias looked at the hand first. He held his breath and took it. He felt the boys pulse but totally egnored it.

"It's a pleasure to make your Aquintence Julian. So, a Prefect then? I would like to be a prefect when I am in fifth year. I imagine if I was, you might be head boy by then." Tobias said with a smirk.

"Oh, I will be." Julian smirked knowingly, "Only one person stands in my way. Getting head boy will be easy as pie."

"Well I wish you good luck for 2 years time then." Tobias said with a laugh.

"So what lessons you taking then?" Tobias asked.

"Well thank you," Julian smiled, inclining his head in the direction of the younger boy.

Leaning back in his chair, Julian ticked off on his fingers, "Enchantment, Mind Arts, Creative Arts, Music - and I think that's it. What about you?"

"Enchantment, Mind Arts, Creative Arts, Music, Mythology and Light Arts. Did you know that 2 vampires are professors this year?" Tobias asked Julian.

Blinking slowly, Julian paused for a moment, trying to come up with two vampire professors. Professor Del Ray he knew, but not the other. Mentally slapping himself, he calmed down his slightly frayed nerves. There is no way Karma's a professor.

"Oh? There's a new one?"

"Actully their both new. Theres Professor Del Ray who teaches Creative Arts and Amora Kirke who teaches the Mind Arts. Oh and I should say me aswell, even though I will be the only Half vampire in school. Can i trust you with my information I just gave you?" Tobias asked.

This kid here was a vampire? Looking at him cautiously, Julian nodded, "Just as long as you don't bite me, we're good."

And if you even try, I will hex you into tomorrow.

"I won't bite you. Don't worry, I only bite the people I don't like." Tobias said with a smirk.

"So what hobbies and interests do you have?" Tobias asked

Raising his eyebrows, he nodded cautiously, "Well then, I will make sure to stay on your good side."

Grinning, he said, "Many, many things. If I started listing, we'd be here all day."

"Well we have time on our hands don't we?" Tobias said with a smirk.

Extravagantly looking down at his watch, he flicked his gaze up to Tobias again, shaking his head softly, "It would take hours to get through all of them, and sadly, we just don't have that time right now."

"Well maybe we can catch up on everything in our common room some time then?" Tobias asked Julian.

"We shall," Julian nodded. But it better be a day when you're not hungry.

"So," leaning back in his chair, he eyed the boy curiously, "Where we you before coming to our grand school?"

"Private Tutoring and training. Being half vampire and all my father wanted me to know everything. My diet though is mostly normal food if your thinking something about what I consume." Tobias said with a smirk

"I hate private tutors." Julian muttered, shuddering as his memories propelled him back to the age of eight. Shaking his head to get rid of those thoughts, he glanced back at the half-vampire with a raised eyebrow, "Mostly?"
