Lesson One Fifth Year

Kass was excited about this year. And even more excited about this class. It was a class that she could be herself. She was the creative type. And this is where she was going to get her chance. Kass knew that Collin wouldnt' be caught in this class. But Casey would.

She just sat there waiting for the professor to show up.

Creative arts. Though the class itself was alright, the actual creative aspect was the only reason he was taking it. For being creative extended to more than just the writing. Humming to himself, Julian sat down, glancing over at the blonde, "Hey Kassidy."

Kass smiled when she seen Julian. “ Oh hey.” She looked at him and started to smirk. “ I didn't think that you would be taking this class with me?” Kass started to laugh just a little bit. She was excited about this class. Because creative arts could mean anything. From writing to art even to theatre.

Leaning towards her, Julian's eyes glittered, smirking slightly, "Ah, Kassidy," he shook his head softly, "You should know, I'm full of surprises."

Kassidy then started of smirk. " So what kind of suprises should I expect from you then?" She grinned, Kass had no idea what Julian was up to her. And that scared her.

Scala walked in with her robes billowing behind her. She had a warm cup of blood in her hands. With a flick of her hand the curtains on the wall opened to show the stage. She went up the steps of the satge and snapped her fingers at her chalk bored and it wrote her name and subject.

"Well Bonjour la class. Welcome to Creative Arts. I'm Professor Del Ray and I am your new Creative Arts Professor." Scala said with a smile.

Athena rushed in, only to see that the class already had started. Merlin, though she hoped truly to be forgiven. This school was gigantic and she hadnt been to half of the places yet.

''So sorry'' She said cathing her breath as she sat down by a empty table in the back. First lesson this year and she was late. Perfect. And when she looked at the teacher her pupils grew. A vampire, she had never seen one before. Fasinating.

Scala waved her off.

"Don't worry you weren't late. We still have a couple of minutes until class starts." Scala said as she took a sip of the warm blood.

Mélodie twirled into the class. She loved the first lessons of term, but she was always overly hyper about it. She knew some people were annoyed by her, but she knew if they dare say anything then her sister would have a go at them. The only way people could tell her apart from her twin was the way Lodie was in her own world, and Harm would just make sure she wasn't hurt up there.

"I hope I'm not late!" she said to the professor, and quickly took her seat.

"You'll see." Julian smirked before moving back, straightening up at the arrival of Professor Del Ray. Ever since that incident with Karma, he couldn't help but feel apprehensive and creeped out by vampires.

Waving a hand in greeting at Athena and Mélodie, he turned around, glancing from Thena to the seat beside him, "Sure you don't wanna sit with me?"

"No your not late." Scala said with a smirk. She put her mug on her desk. With a flick of her hand the chalk started to write on the bored.


"So, Can anyone tell me what have you learn't from this subject in the past?" Scala asked the class.

Collin had forget to get to Creative arts, crap he thought to himself as he was walking down the hall. He had already agreed to take the class, but he could remember who he had told. He knew he was trying to talk Casey into taking the class it did sound cool.

He noticed that Kassidy was over by Julian and he seethed a little cause he could not stand Julian for anything.

Walking into the classroom he really wasn't looking around and found a seat and tried to look like he had been there, but he was sure the teach would have seen him.

Scala turned around to her bored and started to write when someone came into her classroom. "Welcome to Creative arts to whom ever just came in." Scala said as she wrote.

''No thanks.'' She said. ''I'm perfectly fine over here.''

She watched him for a moment, not allowing herself to smile as she usually did whenever she saw him and that gorgeous face. Slightly she shook her head and focused on the lesson.

Creative arts, her favorite.

Aurora ran up to Creative Arts, then quickly apologized in French. "Oh, je suis désolé si je suis en retard! J'aurais pu prêter serment-" she frowned, realizing the teacher might not speak French. "I mean, I'm sorry if I'm late. My watch was behind," Rora sat down with that.

"Alright." Julian shrugged, frowning slightly as he turned back from Thena to face the front. Sulking for a moment, he glared at Aurora. Why was this girl so happy all the time? Sighing softly, he glanced back at the board, wondering which four to take.

Collin had not taken this class before she he couldn't answer the teachers question. But looking around the classroom it didn't look like anyone else wanted to answer it either. He just sat there looking at everyone else.

She rolled her eyes at Julian as he turned around. Merlin he was just so frustrating. But she didnt know why, which was rather weird. Sure he had been an ars at that party. But was that a reason to be mad at him? Of course! He had poured that potion in the punch making all go all love sick over him. Who'd do something like that? Him obviously, she added to her thoughts and sigthed.

She watched the teacher, vampire teacher, and what she wrote thinking what she should pick. Athena felt like she sucked at everything either way so it didnt really matter.

"So, can anyone explain what Opera is?" Scala asked the class. It was a easy question of course.

Collin looked around the classroom and it didn't seem like anyone wanted to participate in the class, but Collin knew they could use some points so he raised his hand to answer. His studies were very important.

"A Opera is a musical theater productions, usually preformed in Italian." Collin wasn't sure about the language but he knew it was muscial.

"Half Correct Mr Raven. 3 points to Vallée. the Opera arts can be expressed in any language. There is a Muggle play that is is very famous, It called Phantom of the Opera. The sing in english of course. Today you will be all trying to find your inner Opera voice. Can anyone tell me any Opera songs?" Scala asked the class.

Athena knew Opera more than she wanted due the fact that ever since she was a little kid her mother had dragged her along on opera after opera.

''We have 'Je veux vivre dans le reve' from Romeo and Juliette. 'Che faro senza Euridice?' composed by Christoph Willibald Gluck and 'Caro nome which is composed by Giuseppe Verdi.'' She breathed in and started to speak again. ''Not to mention 'Mon coeur s'ouvre a ta voix', 'Vissi d'arte, vissi d'amore', 'Ou va la jeune indoue?'... Really I could go on forever.'' Athena looked down at her bench, cheeks deeply red and a sheepish smile on her lips.

Scala was impressed with Miss Capulet.

"5 points to Prideux. Well see as you know song like that Miss capulet. Please may you go on stage and choose a song to sing in the Operamatic tone please." Scala said as she stood of stage.

She nodded towards the proffesor and walked up on the stage, watching how everyone stared at her. '' I have decided to sing Je Veux Vivre Dans Ce Rêve.'' Athena smiled lightly and took a few tones to warm up before starting.

It had sounded better than she had hoped too and her voice had held an clear tone through it all. With a nodd she walked back to her seat.

Scala raised a eyebrow at the Girls voice. Scala started to clap at the end of the girls performance.

"Welldone Miss Capulet. You have one amazing voice. With a bit more training you'll be perfect." Scala said with a smile.

"Well Who's next?" She asked her class.
