Charlotte is an independent, pure-blooded girl, she doesn't like the help of others, and she always wants to be on top. She is usually top of her class, and by the end of the year is running circles around the others.
She's not the nicest girl, and can't help but made snide remarks to everything. She can be loud and obnoxious, but usually tries to stay away from people. She has trouble making friends.
She was raised alone, her parents barely paid any attention to her, so she was never really socialized, hence the hating other people thing.
Charlotte is a really smart girl, but sneaky too. She lies often and usually gets away with it, and she knows exactly how to get her way. She's a manipulater, and always has been.

Overall history: Charlotte was born on April 20th at her family's manor. She was raised by her nanny, because her Mother and Father were both constantly traveling. When she was 6 years old, she accidentally broke a huge stain glass window in the family room when her anger got out of control, and her parents sent her away to live with her Grandmother for a while.
Her grandmother decided she was too hard to handle, so when she was 8, she was returned to the Bell Manor, where she spent most of her time outdoors, animals being her only friends. Her Father tried to teach her to fly on a broomstick, but she couldn't get more than 4 feet off the ground before she panicked and flew back down.
She hardly knows her Mother, and her Father was ashamed that he didn't have a son, so she grew up as a loner.
