Happy Christmas.... not Empty Happy Christmas.... not

Post by JJeh Thu Apr 19, 2012 7:48 pm

    J. J. blinked tiredly, and had to avoid throwing up as she stumbled into the hosptial wing.

Merry Christmas she thought bitterly as she looked at the clock on the wall. It was 2:00 am on christmas morning, and she felt like she was going to die.

Well that was a slight exageration, but then again, J. J. had always been a bit of a melodramtic patient. She didn't deal with feeling sick well.

Shivering agianst the air, even though her body tempter was rising even more all the time, she toppled onto one of the beds, pulling the seat up to her chin. She doubted anyone would be up at this hour. She certianly didn't want to ruin anyones holiday.

Maybe she'd just try to get some sleep.

Demetri walked out of his office in the hospital wing and noticed a student on the bed. Being a healer meant he was on the job every hour. So he went over to the student.

"Miss Jones, may I ask why you are in the hospital wing on christmas eve? Are you not feeling well?" He asked the girl. She didn't look well at all, but he waited until she answered.

    J. J. had to put an effort into to opening her eyes. They felt heavy, and were refusing most attempts to be pried open. When she did it took her gaze a long moment to focus on the man infront of her.

"H-hello Sir," she spoke quitely, and then shivered rather violently. "Happy Christmas."

She attempted to sit up, but her head immediatly began to swirl, so she gave up on that.

"No, no," she said her sarcasim weakened so greatly by her fatigue that she sounded rather sincere, "'cept for,some-some chills, and-and fever and-and some other stuff, I feel just peachy."
