Casey beamed at him and clapped her hands. "Yay! This will be so much fun!" She danced around a little, grinning ridiculously. "You have made me very happy," she stated matter of factly, still smiling.

Casey nodded sharply. "Good. He'd better be afraid of me! I will kick serious deamon butt if necessary. Now we should probably actually return to flying class now. I'll help you, and I won't let you fall, I swear. What kind of big sister would I be then?"

Casey got on her broom hurriedly, flying up to Alex and taking one hand off her broom to grip Alex's. "Alex," she said in a soothing voice, "I've got you. I've got your broom. You are not going to fall, not if I can help it. And I can. Now we're going to go forward slowly. I've still got you." She leaned forward gently, setting her broom and his into a slow glide. "See? We're just fine. We're not going fast and we're not falling. It's going to be ok."

Casey nodded cautiously. "Ok. I'm going to let go now. Don't lean forward too much and you won't go too fast. I'll be right here if you lose control." She slowly released her grip on his broom and placed her hand back on her own broom. "See? You're doing great."

Alex started diving and Casey rocketed after him, catching up and pulling his broom out of the nose dive. She looked in his eyes, expecting to see fear, but instead he was smirking. His eyes had miniature flames dancing in them and she realized that the deamon had control of him. Grimacing, she said, "Sorry Alex, but I can't mess with your emotions this high, one of us will fall." Then she drew back and slapped him across the face, hoping to snap him out of the deamon's control. "Soory," she apologized again.

"Dammit," she muttered. "We're going to have to do this the hard way." She rocketed after Alex, following his twists and turns easily, but not being able to catch up. She was already going a dangerous speed, but she flattened herself along the broom and went even faster, now beginning to gain on Alex's broom. She finally pulled alongside him and reached out, grabbing his broom and pulling both of them into a nosedive. She pulled up about 3 feet from the ground and slowed enough that she could tackle Alex off his broom safely, then grabbing his hands and beating the deamon back into his corner. She let go, swaying, and sat down. "We really need to find a way to get rid of that damn deamon," she muttered.

Alexander looks up dizzily. "what...the hell......happened?" he shudders and stands up only to fall to his knees again and waver slightly.

"Stupid deamon took control of you again and led me on a freaking chase across the sky before I finally tackeld you off your broom and made him retreat," Casey responded, holding her head. "I need to work on stamina, though I think it affected me less this time. I didn't black out at least.

Casey shook her head, clearing it, and stood up shakily. "No, no it's ok. It's not really your fault. I mean what are you supposed to do, never have fun ever and just sit by yourself in a locked room? Not your fault." She shook herself again, and was pleasantly surprised to feel her energy returning quickly. "Wow. I guess the practice is doing me good. I'm not nearly as tired as I was last time. I can do more now."
