So close yet so far away (Invite only)

Aspen landed a few feet away from the warehouse making sure they were out of site from any henchmen. "Wow it worked. Is everyone okay? You're all in one piece right?" He smiled dropping their hands.

"Is this the place?" He asked turning to look at Hades then at the warehouse.

He frowned looking around. "This isn't the place. He's not here, show me the other place, in your mind." He said placing his hands on Aspen's shoulder so he could see into his mind clearly.

"No that's not it either. Can you not think of anywhere else like this?" He asked dropping his arms to pace up and down the clearing one hand covering his forehead.

"Plan B i always have a plan B. Right..." He paused looking at the all then turned to Rich and Cobalt. "... It's up to you, can you find him from here?" He asked his eyes looking pleading. "We've got to find him fast. I don't know how long he can last. If he..." He shook his head, he just couldn't bring himself to say the words. He had no idea why he cared so much.

Richard looked around the area, letting go of Briony's hand with a slight squeeze. Cobalt stroked Char-kitty once before fishing her out of his pocket and handing her to Briony,

"Keep her safe." he shared a look with Rich, "Me and Richard will go on ahead."

Richard sniffed the air a little, before growling loudly,

"He's here..." he narrowed his eyes, "There's traces of him in other rooms. The bastards have cut him at some point."

Cobalt sniffed the air as well,

"Confirmed." he became very business-like as he drew his wand in his right hand and his desert eagle in the left, "Target is in the building in question. Not on ground level?"

Richard shook his head,

"No... must be underground a few levels." he flicked his wrist and his wand dropped down into his hand, "I smell hostiles. A lot of them."

Cobalt turned and nodded to Hades,

"We're going in first. You cover us." he stood slightly behind Richard, crouched slightly just as the other man was. He patted him on the shoulder firmly, "Go!"

Richard and Cobalt ran flat out, sprinting in step with each other. Getting closer to the closed door to the warehouse, Richard held his hands out in front of him and a large circular area of the door fell away as sand,

"Moving in! Second team cover!"

Charlotte was handed to Briony who took her gladly into her arms stroking her ears, she managed to hold on to her as she tried to run after Cobalt and she stroked her to calm her down, she could identify with how Charlotte felt but there was very little that she could do to help.

Willow arrived too and came to stroke Charlottes ears, placing a kiss in-between them.

Hades waited his hand messing around with his sleeve as he grew more and more impatient as the seconds ticked by.

He growled to himself, "I want them all dead no one survives. Okay." He said looking around them all. "We can't have them coming after him again."

He nodded flicking his wrist for his wand to slide into his hand. "Right Asp follow up at the rare. You know what to do if anyone comes." He said turning to run behind Rich and Cobalt.

He followed them both into the building his wand raised as he paused in the door way to make sure they were clear.

"Clear." He thought to them all. He did not want to tip them off to their presence. "I can sense him below, he's still alive. Slightly distressed though." He frowned moving further into the building.

Aspen looked around at them all wondering what the plan was, he preferred to work alone it was more fun that way. More people to kill. But this was Arsen they were talking about. Hades still had no idea.

"Hades can i have a quick word?" He thought knowing he would hear it. "I know nows not the time but you need to know, Arsen is... well Arsen is..." He stopped as he was cut off.

"Maybe another time then." He muttered to himself apparating to sit in the tree to get a higher view.

"Yup i'm on it Haids. Just go get your kid okay. I've got this covered." He smiled watching as they all left running into the building. He walked into the door backwards spinning one of his knives on the rope, his eye scanning the grounds around him. Once he was sure everything was clear he put up some warning wards to let him know if anyone entered or exited through the door.

Briony landed in the new scene looking around to take in her surroundings looking for escape routes and vantage points. As she was given Char Briony nodded at Cobalt knowing that he was trusting her greatly. Slipping Charlotte into her pocket she patted her head.

Standing on tiptoe Briony kissed Richard softly on the lips and nuzzled his neck with her nose, knowing that even though he could handle himself this could be the last time she saw him. Biting her lip she hung back with Willow waiting for the signal to enter the building.

Richard charged on ahead, Cobalt's right hand still resting on his left shoulder to show that they were still together. As they crossed the darkened warehouse they both sniffed the air and instantly put more effort into their mad dash for the far end of the warehouse when the darkness erupted in spell-fire from all over.

Both men ducked lower, avoiding spells aimed at their upper bodies, and carried on running to present a harder target. The walkways above the main floor of the warehouse were suddenly full of people, whiches and wizards who had hidden under dissilusionment charms and who were now springing their trap, raining harmful and deadly spells down on the intruders.

Ducking under a sickly green spell, Richard growled a little as they were forced to make a detour, the ground erupting up in front of them from a particularly powerful blasting hex. Cobalt patted him on the shoulder twice and they powered through. As they approached the end of the warehouse four figures burst out of their disillusionment charms and fired off curses at them. Richard moved his left arm at the same time Cobalt moved his right and they locked arms. Using this, Richard spun the to left, forcing Cobalt to spin to the right, his back against Richard's. The crucio flew blast Richard's face by a matter of inches but the spin gave Cobalt a clear line of sight, which resulted in bullets in the heads of two of the attackers. The other two panicked and began throwing killing curses at them as fast as possible.

Releasing each other, Richard and Cobalt sprang forwards. Richard reached the first man before he could think to fire another curse, burying his newly grown claws into the man's throat as he pounced on him. Immediately after the kill he flicked his wand savagely upwards, creating a stone wall which stopped the barrage of curses from the last attacker. Cobalt came up from behind Richard and patted him on the back. Richard nodded and grabbed hold of one of Cobalt's wrists with both hands before using all of his strength to throw Cobalt to the left by his arm, letting go at the apex of a swing. Cobalt flew to the side, unnoticed by the last attacker, and fired off a powerful cutting curse as he hit the floor. The man suddenly stopped moving entirely, looking unharmed for a moment, before the top half of his head slid off. Richard nodded and both men made their way to the end of the warehouse. Richard knelt down on the floor and ran his hands across it,

"Looks like a trapdoor... except it's been made back into a portion of the floor for greater security." he commented quickly as he began to think about how best to break through. Cobalt sniffed the ground thoroughly before grunting,

"He's bellow us. Him and a few others." he shared a look with Richard, "It smells like a torture chamber."

Richard growled low in his throat and drew a square on the ground with the burning tip of his wand, melting some of the stone to make the lines,

"BREACHING!" he called out loudly as he forced his magic into the area, causing it to suddenly turn to dust, which flew into the room bellow.

(OOC: Now we can move to the torture thread once everyone has caught up with Rich and Cobie)

He followed Rich and Cobalt into the cross fire pausing to hold everyone up as spells came their way. He rose his wand placing a protective dome around them to deflect the spells.

"Pair up everyone. Take them all down leave no one alive. It might cost us later on." He shouted releasing the dome to set them all free. He raised an eyebrow at Rich and Cobalt spinning his cane till it turned to a sword. You'd never believe one of them had just recently tried to kill the other. He shook his head disappearing into smoke and reappearing behind a man to slice out his throat.

Once most of the opposition were dead he followed Rich and Cobalt to the end of the warehouse pausing to watch as Rich sniffed the ground. He took a deep breath once again turning to smoke to sink down through the floor into the under ground room. He couldn't wait any longer.

Jamie stayed behind with Willow, casting a strong dome shield around her to protect her from most of the stray curses but also conjuring stone slabs to block the unforgivables which came in her direction. Deciding that most of the grunts had been dealt with, and Willow was therefore safer behind his dome shield, he ran further into the warehouse to find many of the underlings to be fleeing the scene. Growling at the fact that they thought they could escape this justice, he lept on top of one of the closest ones and pinned him to the ground on his back. Jamie scowled and wrapped his right hand around the man's throat,

"You've been a bad man Mr Levy..." he grounded out as his fingers began to burn through the man's throat, "Satan will be glad to have your soul to torture for your sins."

Willow moved into the warehouse and remembered that Jamie was behind her and she smiled when he protected her , grinning she tried to take her mind off the attacks which were making her uneasy...when Jamie moved away Willow stayed put for a bit before creeping off to see if she could help in the action.

Seeing people leave the scene Willow frowned and took out her wand casting immobilus charms at them to stay still as well as that Willow used stupify and and other stunning spells.

Wondering where Jamie had gotten to she poked her head around a corner the smell of burning skin making her nose wrinkle. She gasped when she found Jamie and what he was doing made her choke up , quickly Willow moved herself back behind the door she had peered around and bit her lip.

Briony snapped her head up and saw everyone begin to move into the warehouse, following suit she made sure Charlotte was firmly in her pocket and she moved into the warehouse casting shadows at the fleeing people puncturing their chests with the spikes.

Nodding to Willow she passes Jamie and wonders how Willow was going to take this, from the look on her face, not well.

Reaching Richard she grins happy that they had found Arsen and from the mewibg in her pocket so was Charlotte.

Sighing he apparated around Hades dome shield to get some of the action. He jumped from person to person ripping their throats out or stabbing them in the chest with his knives. The last one took him longer as his fangs sunken hungrily into his exposed neck. Once his thirst had been quenched for a few minutes he jumped to the end of the warehouse appearing right beside Rich.

"If there is so much as a hair out of place on the kids head im eating all their souls." He snarled picking veins out his teeth. "Who ever invented veins obviously didnt eat people." He moaned watching as Hades disappeared into smoke. After a split second he apparated to the floor below landing on some mans shoulders. His hands wrapped around his head and after a little twist his neck snapped making he fell to the ground in a pile.

His eyes narrowed as he turned his cane to a gun, using it to shoot as many of the henchmen as possible. Leaving a happy Aspen to finish off the rest he followed the others to the end of the warehouse where they crowded around Rich.

Once the doorway had been opened he waited patiently for Rich and Cobalt to jump down before he did but not before turning to look at Willow. "Maybe it's best if you stay here with Charlotte, we don't know what we're going to find down there." He said turning to look down the hole.

"Aspen likes to play with his food before he eats it and im sure thats not something you two would like to see." He said trying to take the subject off what state Arsen might be in.
