Lesson Two || Fifth Year || Potions

Brew:Draft of Peace

The blonde tilted her head as she began to make her way through the classroom, preparing for her potion. She knew that this potion was going to be the most important of hers yet, so she supposed that she must make sure that this one was absolutely perfect, or as perfect as she could make it.

She hurried around the classroom, though the elegant breeze that brushed her robes did not make it seem that way. Briskly opening a cupboard, it didn't take too long to find her next vital ingredient: the Valerian root. She firmly nodded, checking to see if it was the right one, before moving on towards the next cupboard.

Tessa walked into the classroom. She hoped that she wasn't late for class, because that wouldn't be a good thing.But she was spending time with Ariel. Tessa was feeling bad because the only time that she got to spend with her was when she wasn't in class. Before that wasn't the case, she helped her get to all of her classes.

But then smiled as she seen Lena. She was glad that she had classes with her. And this year was easier for her. And that was because she had Lena back.

Paloma smiled and gave Tessa and Lena a small wave when she walked into the classroom, setting her things on the table and reading the instructions on the board. After gathering all the ingredients from the cupboard, she stood before her cauldron, scared of actually brewing a potion after so long.

She nearly put the whole Valerian plant in, forgetting the fact that only the root was needed, but she caught herself before she could make the mistake. Sighing, she looked around to see how Lena and Tessa were doing, before going back to cutting the roots of her plant.
