Hey so this is my new character, Scarlett Moore and she would love some friends. Later on in maybe 3rd or 4th year, she'll be looking for a boyfriend, but she's only in 2nd year now, so too early for that

Here is what she's like:

Scarlett is usually a nice person but is easily ticked off. She tends to like to think that she's better than everyone else, but tries to treat everyone equally.

She is a very outgoing person and loves to interact with others when she can. Scarlett is very much a sort of spoiled, girly girl, but sometimes has a very tomboyish side. She loves clothes and shoes and anything that makes her feel pretty.

So I'm back...with more requests Scarlett seems to be the least used charrie I have She's got some cool friends, now she's going into her third year and might be looking into having some guy friends that could eventually lead to something more?
