    Reality Kills Empty Reality Kills

Thunder and lightningwith no rain. Tobias mused as he was illuminated with a flash of lightning from over the sea. He stood over the bridge, on the wall and watch as his castle was also illuminated with flashes of white light. What a night to wait for his visitor on the bridge.

It was truely a wonderful sight, well if you weren't scared of course.

This was Tobias's type of weather. He relished with it. His eyes turning red at the next thunder. He lifted his head to the darkened sky, smirking in pure evilness. His head snapped foward to see his visitor already here.

"It's nice to see you again Karma. It's been a while and I have changed, as you can guess." He said as he zipped up his leather jacket.

    "Welcome to Count Castle."

    Thunder.

The sound held many memories for the young vampiress, feelings of comfort and warm arms. Without the rain, the thought of lightning, of the fear that used to fill her at such weather, did nothing but leave her stuck in a storm of the past. If training had taught her anything, it was that the past was to be used as a weapon, as intel at the very most. Anything distracting was to be thrown away and discarded.

Anything that would motivate her to comb a subway tunnel as if she too was blind was too powerful a memory.

Boots silent over grass, cobblestone, and path, she finally arrived at the edge of shadows, dark brown eyes watching the movements of the other half vampire carefully before she stepped forward.

The hood of her cloak was drawn, the dark emerald material soft against her skin. Stopping before him, the girl tilted her head back, gazing up at the boy before her.

"Wish it was as nice to see you, Tobi." She teased lightly, a small smile spreading across her lips. "Shame change isn't always good." Falling into step with him, the young woman stared up at the castle, wondering just how much it cost, and if she really wanted to buy it. She very well could, quite honestly, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to spare the trouble just yet.

Count Castle seemed well enough. Her thanks was omitted, as always, but she wasn't sure what else Tobias would expect. If this family of vampires were breeding Half Vamps, she'd have to see why, how, and, of course, if there was a cure.

It was time to take control of her own destiny.
