Lesson One

Lacey's eyes sparked. How intriguing. . . Of course, with having parents like she did, Lacey knew there was a war; and it wouldn't be a clean one, either. Her lips twitched upward. She really liked this Professor. She seemed short sweet and to the point about everything. Her eyes were serious and showed that she beheld no room for fooling around, just how Lacey liked her classes. Informative, serious, and enthralling.

Clarisse sat down somewhere in the far back, hoping to not draw more attention to her.
Taking out a long roll of parchment, a quill and a bottle of ink, she prepared to take down notes for today's lesson.

Karma grumbled a bit and glared at the late students. If the whole point of this lesson was so their Professor could tell them the rules without having to repeat herself, them being late made it redundant.

Karma hated redundant.

She faced foreward again, pulling out some parchment to take notes on.

Arsen rolled his eyes and at all their amazement and sighed quickly losing interest. He knew this lesson however important it was at this time would never meet his expectations. England was a weird place and he was still adjusting, maybe in time he might even come to like living in this country but right now he couldn't help but wish to be elsewhere.

Emily entered the classroom.
