Lesson 3 - first years

"Alright, everyone. We'll continue practicing Protego and Expelliarmus charms in the same pairs as last time. Once everyone is able to cast the spells successfully, I'll be your opponent for once."

Damian nodded in understanding of the Professor's instruction, then looked around for the boy he'd practiced with last time so they could start.

Jamie walked in and saw only Gray and the professor. She took her seat behind the boy and waited to see if Floria was coming so she can practice again. Jamie decided to make conversation. She tapped Gray. "Sorry to bother you but i didn't quite get your name" Jamie said waiting for his answer.

Damian turned toward the girl. "It's Damian," he answered, either. "I don't really know yours, either."

He looked towards the door, frowning slightly. "Wonder why the others are late?" he murmured.

Jamie gave a small smile. "It's Jamie Malfoy nice to meet you Damian" Jamie would have never guessed what that his name was Damian.

Flora walked into the classroom fearing she might be late. 'Hello Professor, Damian, Jamie.' She greeted them all and took a seat. 'What are we doing today?'

Jamie smiled. "Hello Flora and we are going to be doing the same thing as last time" Jamie said to her.

Flora nooded, "So we're going to practise, right? What do you want to start with? Protego or Expelliarmus?"

Damian returned Jamie's smile, then turned as Flora entered the classroom. "Hullo," he returned. The boy sighed a bit when it looked like his own partner wouldn't be showing up, after all.

"After you two practice a bit, can I practice with one of you?" he asked.

'Oh, hello Damian' Flora nodded. 'Sure you can.'

Jamie looked at Damian "Sure i don't mind at all" Jamie said.
