Lesson 4 (First Years)

Briony needless to say was happy that she was back in Hogwarts again, she was no so happy that she had the first years first thing on a monday morning but that was that. Sighing she sat behind the desk in the classroom with her feet up, tapping the board with her wand the words:

'Professor Romain'

Appeared on the blackboard and she waited for the pupils to arrive, and if so much as one of them was one second late, she would have something to say to them. Something not very nice.

Flora was the a little bit surprised to be the first one in the class. Not to mention it's the first class she's attending of Muggle Dueling. I wish I knew this when I's at the orphanage.
She gave a short bow to the professor, 'Good morning, Professor Romain.'
She must be of some relation to the Transfig professor, Flora thought absently.

"Morning Professor," Aquila nodded as he came into the room, "Flora."

He saddled up beside the girl a smile on his face. They were the only two in the classroom at the present time, and he wondered absently if there would be anymore.

Either way he was glad this class had started, it was one of the only ones he had signed up for that had yet to begin. At least the teacher was new so he hadn't had to try and catch up on what he missed like he had with his other classess.

Briony bit her lip and her eyes flashed at the empty classroom. Two Ravenclaws. That was it. Two Ravenclaws?! Growling she looked at the roster and felt like personally hunting down everyone that hadn't turned up today and punching them in the gut.

"Right." she breathed "Do you know where your classmates are? And why they seem to have lost all concept of time?"

Moving to sit back on her desk Briony clicked her neck and sighed deflatedly at the two of the students, trying to smile at them.

"Hello. I'm Briony. I will be your professor. Can anyone tell ms what special skills you have to have to take this lesson?"

Flora looked up smiled as Aquila sat next to her, ''Hello Aquila.''
She raised her hand to answer the question, 'Speed and agility is the first thing coming to me mind Professor.'
They were the things that had kept Lee and her alive in the orphanage. That thought brought a pang of guilt. She couldn't find any means to contact him now that he had stopped replying her letters. She couldn't even be sure that Lee was alive.
