Midnight Drink (Open)

Raising an eyebrow, she asked, putting her mug down on the table with a grin, "Have you ever met him? Because if you have, you could, oh I don't know, introduce us?"

Shrugging, she added hastily, "Not that you have to. I was just, you know, asking."

"No, I don't know him. I've seen him around though."

Sighing, she swung her feet, staring down at the contents of her mug. As much as she wanted to get to know Aldan (she had to know if he was a spy for her brother. It was eating her up inside.), she was beginning to doubt that would ever happen. And besides, he could never know her surname, because if his brother found out that he was spending time with a Lerran, well, she highly doubted his reaction would be pleasant.

"That's alright." Looking around the table, she asked, "Anyone know him?"

J. J. blushed at the 'love' comment and then continued to listen to Ro and Savannah.

"Sorry I don't even know if I could pick him out of a line up," J. J. said, "But he's a first year like you isn't he? Should you two have a class together or something? You could try to get to know him then."

J. J. didn't think there was a second year she hadn't had a class with at one point or another. NOt that she had talked to them alot, but still she was sure she had the opportunity at least once for each of them.

"Hmm, Aldan, Hmm Well can't say I've talked to him but I can say I've seen him around, but I say go talk to him. Dimi is another story, he is entertaining to talk to." Pixie said knowingly. She was often asked advise for some reason unknown to her.

"Oh Crys-Crys I know I know. I wanted to know how y'all were doin'?" Pixie prodded.

Rowen rolled her eyes at Pixie.

"I agree with Pixie, Sav. You should talk to him. Make a move!" she said, raising her fist for emphasis.

"hey hey don't roll your eyes at me Ro-Ro. If I wasn't here, you would be doing what I am doing!" Pixie exclaimed.

"He's in two of my classes." Savannah admitted, tapping her mug with her nails, "Transfiguration and Deuling. I guess I could talk to him, I'm just not sure what to say. You can't just go up to someone and start talking. That'd be too awkward."

Shrugging, she glanced over at Pixie and Ro, interested in their conversation, "What is it that you're doing?"

"Trying to get Crys to talk more about her boyfriend," Pixie said happily. She was happy that she made a new friend.

Rowen smiled brightly.

"Yeah, I would be doing that haha!"

Smirking with a raised an eyebrow, Savannah glanced over at Crystal, "So........what's he like? Is he the strong silent type? Or he is the bouncy upbeat type? Tell us!"

J. J. leaned back in her seat and smiled. Glad that the interigation had moved off her.

"Yes Crys, its your turn. You have to share or I might be obligated to do things I do not wish to do," she gave a smirk and a mischievious twi

Rowen smirked. She loved when her fellow Hufflepuffs got all mischievous.

"I agree with J.J, Chrys. Answer or feel the wrath of the Hufflepuffs!" she said with a straight face.

"I heard we're pretty scary," Rowen said winking at her.

Pixie sat back and watched all this happen. She was rather proud of her prying into her friends lives. It kept her out of trouble some days. She also didn't want them to turn on her.
