Personality: Kallie is a level headed reasonable young woman who is always reserved and in control. She absolutely refuses to allow her emotions rule any action she makes in a day. She does not trust them to make the correct decision. She is a firm believer in only logic and reason can get the right thing done.
She is capable of keeping her head in situations and doing what needs to be done, however she is a tadbit OCD and is very bad at letting go of plans and habits once she gains them. Kallie since a young age has been prone to panic attacks.

Overall history: Kallie grew up under the shadow of her older sisters death. Being so sudden, neither of her parents really ever got over it. For her rest of her days her mother went in and out of depressive funks in which she never felt motivated to do anything, and her father turned to alcohol to solve his problems. From a young age Kallie seemed to be the only one who had a desire to hold the house together. She learned quickly how to control things, and to keep emotions in check. She swore from watching her parents that she would never allow any emotion now matter how strong rule her life.

Kallie was incapable of socializing during school and did not make many friends at that time. Instead she focused on her study's diving right in, until she was top of her calls and a shoe in for the ministry. Due to a steady work ethic that started even before class begun, she taught herself enough knoweldge that her within her first few months of school her professors pomptly saw it futile to continue her in the lower grades. After acing some placement tests she was promptly forwarded to the third year level.

Although she struggled to make friends, her demeanor not the most inviting among the others her age, and not to meantion, her skipping years earned her a certain reputation that most young children did not feel like looking past, Kallie did manage to make on friend in an unlikely source; fun loving, and rule hating, Brock Cox. Although the seemed to fight more often then they actually got along, they managed to form an odd sort of bond. A bond that eventually blossomed into some sort of... on-again-off-again relationship, that truthful neither of them really understood either. At the end of their seventh year, however, Kallie was forced to see reality for what is was, and that school "love" doesn't always work out.

Right out of school, Kallie made a horrific discovery that she was pregnant. Terrfied of screwing up, and terrified of rejection that she could not handle, Kallie made the (Not so wise) decison, to not tell Brock - the father - about the child, and (the slightly more educatated) decison to give her too a well off couple who would give her daughter the life Kallie knew the child would deserve and was petrified she'd never be able to give her. Once Ev, was safely with her new parents, Kallie did the only thing she could think of to forget the child - forgetting hte child was the only way she could keep herself from wanting to take her baby back - Kallie threw herself into her work - The Ministry.

Her habits of perfectionism, and her grades from school made Kallie rise quickly to the top of the minstry. Kallie was proud of her acomplishments and often hides behind her title of Minister of Magic. However she had recently met, and begun to date a young man, and feel that perhaps she isn't so completely useless at socializing as she always thought.
