Lesson Three - 1st Years Empty Lesson Three - 1st Years

Marietta walked up to the field where she would be teaching COMC, she had just come from the caretakers hut who had caged a Jarvey for her, a ferret like creature which let out short insults at the person who approached it

As she walked up the field the Jarvey began insulting her " Ugly, Old Crow, Fatty" Marietta just rolled her eyes and continued walking, when she reached the field she placed the caged creature on a stump next to her, she then waited for her students to arrive

She knew this was going to be quite an interesting lesson for her first years

As usual Vincent, jogged into class, he bowed slightly to the teacher and saw the ferret like animal. He cocked his head to the side and sat down, he wouldn't approach it until he knew what it was.

He grabbed his book and flicked through finding the creature, muttering to himself "A Jarvey, let's out short insults when approached" He put his book down and smiled at the teacher saying.
"I don't think I'm going to approach it" he chuckled softly and looked for any other students.

He was polite enough to say hello to his teacher and as he saw the pretty bird in her hands, and heard the insults that it spoke, there was no doubt in what the creature was, at least no doubt for him.

"A Jarvey, how awesome professor", he said, suddenly feeling better than before.

Then he became even more polite, too polite for anyone that met him before and approached the other guy that was already there. "What's up?"

He smiled at the boy who entered the area, he was very impressed and slightly embarrassed when the boy... Dimitri (he remembered him from dueling class) knew straight away what the creature was.

He stood and stuck his hand out,
"I'm fine thanks, it's good to see you again, Dimitri" he hoped he hadn't gotten the name wrong. None the less the boy would correct him if he was wrong.
