goodnight, sweetheart [INVITE ONLY]

It was another stupid party that Phillie decided to hold downstairs, and Ksenia - his Ksenia - had decided to bring a douchebag of a date along with her, and he knew nobody there. That was three of the main reasons he retreated into his bedroom, the others being he felt like crap and he wanted to be alone, like he always was. He sat on his bed, half naked, staring lazily at the ceiling, unblinking. Merlin knew what was going in his mind.

Ksenia walked down the hall with Lucifer. She had to remind herself to breath a few times before they stopped in front of a door. After another few moments she turned the door handle, stepping through quickly to allow Lucifer to come through after her. This was it. There was no going back. She was finally going to be free.

"Don't mind if we drop in, do you, Abraxas?" she said as she took her mask off. She wanted him to see her clearly for this.

Lucifer slipped in behind Nia and his mind was instantly filled with a billion ways to kill Abe. He took a deep breath to calm the headache he always got when he saw the images. "Hello Abraxus." He smirked his eyes flashing dangerously as he summoned them and wand.

"Remember me?" He asked pulling off his mask. He wanted to see the life leave his eyes without the mask getting in the way.

It was not wise to disturb Abraxas while he was on his bed pondering, which was why he grunted when he saw two figures come into the room. What's more, they were Ksenia - finally he got used to calling her that - and her date. Lucifer, his name was. He sat up abruptly, narrowing his eyes at his newfound visitors. "What the bloody hell do you want?" he spat, slipping on his shirt onto himself. Seeing Lucifer's wand was in his hand, he summoned his own wand from his dresser and watched the boy closely.

"To talk. Among other things," Ksenia said simply. The words slipped almost too easily past her lips. It seemed that now when she faced him with only Lucifer there in the room with them her nerves have calmed completely. "Did you really think I would just sit there and allow you to abuse me?" she asked him coldly, narrowing her eyes.

He smirked and lightly flicked his wand summoning Abe's to leave him defenseless. "Shame you're such a weak man. I would have preferred someone better for my first but we all have to start somewhere right?" He asked shoving Abes wand into his back pocket. He wouldn't be needing it anytime soon.

"You ready Ksenia?" He asked slowly walking towards Abe. It was time but he had to make sure she was ready.

"Abuse you?" asked Abe in mock shock. "Oh darling! What have I ever done to you?" he added, saying all of this without blinking an eye or a trace of emotion. Turning to the boy, he then spat, "Your first what?"

Ksenia snarled at Abraxas as she stayed close to the door while Lucifer moved forward. "You are so pathetic you cannot even admit that you have done something wrong. No sane woman would ever want to marry you. Probably why you forced me into the marriage isn't it?" she couldn't help but goad him a little at that point.

"Yes, I am ready," she said to Lucifer as she watched them both.

A smile twisted onto his face. "My first kill. You see my family are the greatest assassins the world has ever seen. A few years time and ill be the at the very top." He said slowly stalking forwards.

"But first i need to kill you. You are a waste of space and id love nothing more than to throw you out with the trash." He said pulling out a pair of black gloves and slipping them on. "No one will even know we were here." He said pulling out his wand and aiming it at Abe.

Silently he muttered a curse, leaving Abe paralysed from the neck down. "Any last word?" He asked pulling out a long piece of rope which he tied to the top of the four poster bed.

"Yeah yeah yeah, cut the speech," snapped Abe, rolling his eyes and scoffing. Honestly - was he going to be killed by a bunch of teenagers. No. Effing. Way. If only he knew how narrow minded he was at that moment.

He could see Lucifer mutter a spell at him. As soon as he finished, he could feel nothing. The world seemed to blur in front of his eyes. His hearing worsened by the second, his heart seeming to stop. All he could feel was his eyes, closing.

Ksenia stood there by the closed door as she watched her husband, so pathetic and helpless. A sneer slipped onto her lips as Lucifer moved closer to him. Nothing felt better than revenge after so much torture he had put her through. There was only one price that she would be satisfied with.

He looked to Nia before taking a step back and raising his wand. "Say high to Satan for me." He said before raising Abe with his wand and letting him drop from the rope, instantly snapping his neck.

"Come on Ksenia, we need to move before anyone sees we've gone!" He said ushering her out with one final look around the place. He had to make sure nothing would trace back to them. It had to look like a suicide.

Ksenia stood still for a few moments as Lucifer moved towards her, her yes glued onto Abraxas's now dead body. It was so simple, so quick. You would have missed it if you blinked at the wrong moment. She didn't say anything as she moved out of the room with Lucifer close behind her, her mind still in shock.

Ophelia had run away from Arthemis without a thought to where she was heading. No thought at all. She just had to get away from there before she made things any worse than they already were.

She shouldn't have... she said she'd never regret him, but... although she may not regret having met him, she was regretting having invitied him here. She should have listened to herself, and kept to her better judgement.

Too bad the girl did not know that in a few moments she would stumble upon something that made all of these petty thoughts seem completely irrelevant.

Wanting to be alone - away from the stupid frivoulous party, Ophelia grabbed the first door she saw and yanking it open, she charged her way in, ready to slam the door behind her, but instead...

The young girl looked before her

and froze.

But only for a second.

And then she let out on long heart wrenching scream.

Knees feeling weak and arms shaking she took a step forward and then another.

"A-abe?" her voice shook as she began to shake her head. This wasn't happening. It wasn't happening. This was a joke - or-or- that wasn't her brother it just, just looked like... "Abraxas? Stop, stop fooling."

She waited a moment before her brain clicked. He wasn't responding. This wasn't - he wasn't...

"Abe!" this time the name came out almost as loudly as her former scream. With a shaking hand she pulled out her wand and as if on auto-piolet cast a spell that... cut-cut him down.

Rushing over she crashed to her knees, pulling his form close to her.

"Come on Abe, Abey... come one you're not- you're not allowed to leave me you got it; you're not- not," her shoulders began to shake; she wasn't even aware of the tears streaming down her face until she suddenly couldn't seem to talk at the force of her sobs.

She was on auto pilot. She was numb, frozen, her blood just ice sludging through her veins.

There was no way that it could... she couldn't.

But it was and she would...

Her brother was dead and there was nothing she could do about it.
