Learning is fun. Lesson 2 Fifth years

She never was known as a bookworm. She was popular and had a bit of an attitude but never once in her life was she called a bookworm. that was unti l first years. She had a habit of answering every question correct. People would et mad and start telling her to shut for once. She was just trying to help them but it seemed they didn't want her help. So she let the other students have a chance before she answered a question. Bianca was thinking back on this as she made her way towards the charms classroom. She walked in and sat down waiting for the others to walk in

Lora grinned to herself as she walked into the Charms classroom. It was one of her favourite lessons and she was looking forward to it.

She sat down near the front and looked at the other girl in the class. "Oh hey there, I'm Lora," she introduced herself with a smile.

"Bianca Forest, pleasure to meet you. This is one of my faavorite classes. I widh the teacher will get here soon. So you must be from Durmstrang. It's a great school. Like Hogwarts. How do you like Hogwarts so far?"

Lenora walked in and saw only two kids there. She walked to her desk and took a seat in her chair. "Hello, welcome back. Today we will be working on the shield charm. Do any of you no what it does" Lenora knew they would, it's the first word of what she just said.

As the teacher walked in, she was ready for any question. She raised her hand and waited to see if the professor would call on her. She wanted to at least give the other students a chance if they knew.

Lenora watched a girl put her hand up. "Yes Miss Forest" Lenora called on the girl from Gryffindor. It was a little toasty in here so with a flick of her wand she put on the air conditioner. She waited for the girl to give her answer.

She answered with a swift voice. "Shield Charm is a term applied to several varieties of charms that create a magical barrier to deflect physical entities and spells. The latter may sometimes rebound directly off it back towards the caster and at others may ricochet off in other directions or dissipate as soon as they hit the shield.The incantation for the simplest Shield Charm spell is Protego. Incantations for other varieties of the Shield Charm include Protego Duo, Protego Horribilis, Protego Totalum and Protego Maxima" she smiled happily hoping she didn't miss anything. A true bookworm to the core.

Lenora nodded to the girl. "That is correct, 15 points to Gryffindor. Now today we will be doing just that. I want both of you to pair up and do this. Send spells that aren't dangerous at each other and block them with the shield charm. Now if you want to make your shield powerful and effective, think of someone you really care about, clear your mind before you do so and then block. Both of you decide which one of you will go first, begin" Lenora told them.

Bianca got and stood on the other side of the class room. She stood straight up prepared for any spells that they might throw at her. She was a very good duelist. She had to be with being chased after because of her families background. She shot the Knockback Jinx towards her opponet hoping that her opponet would defend herself.
