Stan. Spellwork, lesson 2; Second years

Potions had been top notch, Gavril's words, as he had just come back from his common room again to switch his books and such. He had been looking forward to this class, too. It was one of the ones he was able to use his wand with, which he much enjoyed.

His blood red robes dangled across the floor of the castle while he made his way to the next classroom. His arm was outstretched - carrying his book, as he entered. Gavril made his way to the front of the room and set his things down, again, then sat and took out his wand - twirling it around his right fingers.

As Katerina walked to the Standard Spellcraft class, she couldn't help but wonder if it was worth her time. She'd dropped Battle Strategies for this lesson just to try the class and she didn't want to be sorry.

Sitting herself in the front row, she got her books out and set her wand on the table, staring blankly ahead while she waited for class to start.

Kiki walked into the classroom, barely moving his eyes off the floor. He looked up once he saw the shadows of two others on the floor, and smirked. "Good morning," he greeted, smirking as he sat down at the front.

Laetitia pranced through the door, humming an old Muggle tune. She sighed when she looked at her second years, and clapped her hands. "Class," she announced, bringing up a pillow from her desk, "someone tell me what this is."

Gavril glanced to the two newcomers, and gave a cheery nod in both of their directions. He looked back to the male student, same year - different robes. "Good morning" He replied back, still twirling the wand around his fingers as the professor entered. His face seemed to rejoice, he was happy to finally be able to resume his lessons after the break.

Gavril's hand seemed to lift up into the air a few seconds after. "That - professor, is a pillow" He replied - and he appeared rather pleasant, even if that was not what the professor had asked the class about.

Katerina just nodded at the other boy and kept to herself, like usual, until the professor arrived. Her classmates seemed. . . cheery. Raising an eyebrow at the pillow, the girl was confused by the professor's question. Why would they need to know about pillows?

"It's a pillow," she said and added mentally, Obviously.

Calypso walked into the class in a happy mood. Classes with practical wand usage always delighted her.
However, she stopped in the doorway. The teacher has already come. She cleared her throat and asked, "May I come in, Professor?"

Kieran raised an eyebrow skeptically at the Professor. "It's a pillow..." he answered simply, before realizing two and two put together... "a cushion!" He waved his arms around. "It's a cushion! I know it is!"
