Lora couldn't ever recall coming to silent cave. Then again, she wasn't able to remember a lot of things these days. She was beyond relieved that Dyl was safe and awake, but the fact that he didn't remember at all, made her heart ache.

She couldn't remember the last time she felt so helpless. She couldn't imagine not being with him and the possibility that he might never regain his memory, was too frightening. Sitting down at the entrance of the cave, she felt the tears fall, too numb to wipe them away.

Amnesia. That was what he was told, to have. It sucked, cuz apparently he had a girlfriend, and other friends who were mostly girls.

He wondered around places he didn't remember visiting, and in one of those places he found a girl, that was beside him when he woke up.

"Alora?" He called out hesitatingly.

Lora froze at the sound and was almost scared to look at the owner of that voice. It sounded so hesitant and not at like the boy she was in love with. The idea made her want to cry even more, but she managed to compose herself.

"Hey there," she muttered and wiped her eyes. "How are you feeling?" She knew she probably wouldn't last much long before jumping into his arms and holding him; she craved his touch.

He walked over to her, and frowned. "Have you've been crying?" He asked, unsure. Her red eyes was more than enough proof though.

Almost on impulse, he wiped away her tears, then quickly brought his hand down. "I-Im sorry." He stammered. But then again, he didn't know that this girl was his girlfriend since the first year.

"Good, head still a little sore. Every once and a while I think I remember something... but then it goes away."

"Yeah, what's it to you?" Lora asked Dyl, not caring whether she sounded rude. She instinctively closed her eyes and relished the feel of his fingers on her skin. Holding his hand in hers, she looked at him and whispered, "Don't says sorry...please."

"I want you to get your memory back so desperately," she sighed. "I wish I could do something," she told in a sad voice. "It's just so hard for me...."

"Well, if I feel concerned for a reason, I think I care," He told her oblivious of the look in her eye. If he had looked, he would have seen love, and other emotions after he wiped her tears.

"Were we close?" He blurted out. Dylan felt something unique about their relationship. It was bugging him, bothering him.

"You don't know me, so I really don't expect you to care," Lora told in a quiet voice, subconsciously moving to sit closer to Dyl. "I miss you," she murmured mostly to herself.

She looked at the Slushatel in surprise and wondered what to say. "We were closer than close...I was your girlfriend...." she trailed off and cursed when she felt herself blush.

"Obviously my memories consist of you though, so I do know you. Even if I don't have my memories right now." He wrapped a arm around her shoulders, guessing it would be ok if she was scooting closer to him.

Dylan nodded, unsure what to say. He was very frustrated, why couldn't he remember? Why couldn't he remember his own girlfriend!

He got up, and walked to a wall, then banged his head lightly on the rock. He didn't feel like damaging his head further.

"Why can't I remember?"

Lora leaned towards Dyl's arms, allowing his warmth to engulf her. Gosh, she had missed this so much. Scenes of them together before the accident passed through in her mind and she held onto his hand. "You don't remember anything, I'm just a stranger to you," she stated.

Her eyes widened at his actions and quickly went over to side. "Hey, don't do that okay?" She whispered, taking his face in her hands and running her hands through his hair as she knew it usually calmed him down. They were standing so close, she felt her heart beat faster. She wished he would move a bit....

"Well, tell that to my emotions. Apparently, they don't forget," He simply said, sighing. "It's weird. I am wlaking down a hall, and I see someone that I feel anger, or fondness of. It's weird... especially when I don't even know their name." His free hand ran through his hair .
"But I can tell I've missed you."

Her lips. Her pink, soft lips that was curved just right. Could he...? Should he...? No, he shouldn't. She said it herself, they were strangers almost. He didn't have his memories, he didn't remember their first kiss, dates, anniversaries.

Strangers, that is what they were.

Dylan turned away, hating the red hair chick for a moment who had a major role in all of this.

"It's probably a feeling of friendliness," Lora tried to reason, denying the fact that maybe Dyl did feel something for her. But it wasn't possible, was it? Like he said, he barely knew names of the people. Heck, the only thing he probably knew about her was her name.

She could see that he wanted it just as much as she needed it. She felt her heart stop as he turned away. Deciding to be bold because of her craving, she turned his face towards hers and gently pressed her lips to his.

He sighed, was this girl always like this? He turned towards her, and snorted. "Sure, keep believing that." Without realizing it, his hand started stroking her hair, hoping to make her relaxed.

It was like breathing again when she kissed him. It was also like Alcohol, addicting, and you know it wasn't right.

He pulled away after a few moments of kissing Lora gently, and sighed. "Lor.... we can't. My memory, is gone. I know I love you... it's just... it's almost like kissing somebody you barely know, but you love them anyways."

He hated doing this.

"I don't want to believe that, but you make it seem so confusing," Lora groaned, wishing this was all just some nightmare and that Dyl really didn't lose his memory. Before she could say anything else, Dyl started stroking her hair and she felt tingly under her skin. She leaned her forehead against his, loving the feel of his hands. "It's sort of painful to be next to like this but I can't stay away," she smiled sadly.

As he kissed her back, she felt she might faint from the euphoric feeling; it was so surreal. It was though as she was getting exactly what her body wanted and what her soul desired. All too soon, it was over and she nearly groaned once more from the loss.

She listened to his words and suddenly felt embarrassment and anger at herself. How could I be so stupid? She wondered helplessly. "You're right, it's like kissing a stranger," she finally said. "But if that is the case, you can't say you love me because you cannot love a stranger," she told, feeling the tears fall once more. "Is this how it's going to be forever?"

"Same here," Dylan told her sadly. "I can't wait for my memories to come back...."

"Hey... Hey... don't think your stupid," He scolded her, knowing exactly what she was thinking. "Because I told you, Emotions don't forget. And this own't be forever, my memories will come back. I promise," Dylan whispered, stroking her cheek.

Talking to her like this, made him feel guilty about Kaitlens and his mini fight. Everything right now, must be a scary roller coaster to her. The beginning was calm... then it went for a turn at a sudden advance, then went up and down... some parts slow... some parts really fast.

"But I act stupid everytime I'm around you!" Lora nearly shouted. "I don't think, I just do what I feel with you and it feels right. And now, it's like I can't even control myself," she muttered and flopped down on the ground, wiping away her tears.

"Why do so many bad stuff happen to us, Dyl?" She whispered brokenly and truly confused. "Did we do something wrong that we need to be punished?" Even though she knew he wouldn't have the answers, his mere presence was a comfort for her.

"You are not acting stupid!" Dylan nearly shouted back. "We are both doing what feels comfortable and something that isn't new." He sat by her, and gathered her into a hug. "I'm sorry," He whispered, the meaning multiple things.

"I think it is just the time in life, where we need to learn as many lessons as we can before we decide to do what with our life," Dylan told her, sighing.

"You mean I'm doing what feels comfortable to me," Lora retorted. "Since kissing me seems to be highly uncomfortable for you." She knew she was overreacting, but she was just sick of having to think of everyone else except herself. She sighed and hugged him back and said, "I'm sorry for being so rash."

"In that case, I really hate these lessons," she muttered. "And don't we just deserve a break?"

"It just doesn't feel right when I am kissing someone when I don't even know her last name, but yet, she is my girlfriend," Dylan retorted. He kissed the top of her head, and rubbed her back. "We are all being rash, it's not just you."

"Somebody has to learn them," Dylan sighed, while running his hands through his hair. It was now down to his shoulder, but he liked it that way.

"So if you don't get your memory back, you have to fall in love with me all over again?" Lora asked in a whisper, almost shocked at the thought. Just the idea of it made her feel worried. "But what if you don't like me? Or what if like another girl?"

"There's a difference between learning the lesson and torture," she said with a sigh. Looking at Dyl's hair, she told with a amused grin, "You look like a girl."

"Yes," Dylan immediately said. "I have this urge to learn everything about you. Sometimes I start wondering what is your favorite color, food, or movie," Dylan had to think for a second what a movie was, it just came out of his mouth. "It shouldn't happen."

Dylan raised his eyebrows. "Me? Look like a girl?" Wondering if she was ticklish, Dylan grinned. "I think I look rather handsome. Oh, and by the way, are you ticklish?" Before she could step away, Dyl grabbed hold of her. "Should we see?"

Lora smiled lightly at Dyl's response and replied, "Well, my favourite colour is lilac, my favourite dish is Bavarian potato salad and my favourite movie would have to be 'A Walk to Remember'." Raising an eyebrow at him, she asked, "Do you even remember what a movie is?"

"Handsome? Yeah, right," she scoffed. Her eyes widened at his question but before she could move away, he held her. "You know, I don't think we need to find that out," she grinned and messed up his hair, half hoping he wouldn't tickle her.

Putting the information in a mental notebook for later, Dylan shrugged. "Well... in a way. When I said it, I didn't know what it was. It took me a second." Then Dylan was in the past, remembering something.

"DYLAN!" A thirteen year old Laura yelled out, bouncing. It was then her and Dylan was close, Dylan hadn't yet gone to Durmstrang and forget about the bond he had with his sister. "Watch a movie with me!" The blond head begged, her head poking in his doorway. Dylan, nine years old, looked up curiously.

"What's a movie?"

"You don't know what a movie is! If I am going to end up taking care of you, in Muggle London of course, you got to know what one is." Laura grabbed his hand and they both sneaked out to go to the Movie Theaters. Laura wanted his first movie to be special.

For a few minutes, Dylan fumbled with words. "Lor... I remembered something..."

"I think, I do," Dylan snorted. Tickling her sides and arms, Dylan laughed. He wished he could freeze this moment forever, when nothing on their minds is what's going on in the outside world.

Lora looked at Dyl in confusion at his expression, and hoped that he just didn't have a bad memory flashback. Before she could say anything, he spoke first and she replied, "Really? Well, what was it about?"

She giggled lightly and laughed some more, despite her tears and tried to make him stop. "Okay, I think you've got your answer," she told, panting slightly and they both ended up on the ground, cause she was trying to push him away. She fell on top of him and then smiled apologetically. "Sorry about that. But really, it was your fault!"

"Laura and I. She wanted somebody to watch a movie with her, and I didn't know what it was. So we sneaked out to Muggle London, to watch a movie in the theaters.." Dylan smiled. "Then I guess our bond was close."

"It doesn't mean I will stop," Dylan managed to say before he fell. "You know, if you wanted something, like a hug, you just gotta say," Dyl teased, wrapping his around her. Funny, it felt right doing this but when they kissed...

"I don't see how it is my fault. I don't see the evidence.'

"Wow, that's so sweet!" Lora told with a grin. "I did meet her actually, and she was pretty cool. Way cooler than you really," she commented, pretending to be serious. "You both should spend more time together. Do you remember which movie it was?"

She shook her head and rolled her eyes. "I don't want a hug, I just want you to never tickle me again," she said and laughed lightly. She sighed in content as she laid her head on his chest.

"It's your fault because you tickled me, wouldn't stop and hence I had to push you down," she told, while looking at him and grinned.
