Honeymoon

Aimee pulled out her Tongue it was true there was girl power and she had it in barrels, she took Genes hand and as he took her wherever it was they were going she looked around at the snow.

"It's so peaceful here, not another person in sight."

Looking into the cave Aimee smiled sofly.

"It looks like it would be a fun place to play as a kid, dangerous though you could slip and impale yourself!" Aimee laughs

"Hey! That impaled part was uncalled for!" Gene said innocently, and grabbing a stalagmite, he turned it. It was really hiding something.

Gene then walked over to part of the cavern and pushed it, the door sinking in, which revealed a cosy little cottage behind it, covered in snow and an icy lake.

"We call this place, the Refuge."

Aimee wondered what gene was doing as he walked over to one of the icy stalagmites and she gasped as she saw that it moved, wodnering what it would be hiding she wasn't disspointed when she found that there was a cute cottage inside of the little cutting in the ice, it was almost like it had been moved from the countryside there.

"Wow! This is like magic, like in one of those romantic movies! Lets go explore!"

Aimee pulled Gene in the direction of the house and peered in the window.

"Does anyone live here?!"

"I came here when I am sad. Last time, anyway. This was supposed to be a safehouse for my family, but we never used it, because it was too late anyway. So, it became a bit more of a villa." Gene sighed, touching a stone table fondly.

He went to the door, and touched it, and it melted away, allowing them two to enter.

Inside it, was extremely cosy, with a crackling fireplace in each room, and wooden tables and chairs. Bookshelves and soft lights completed the image.

"OUR home." He smiled.

Aimee tilted her head to one side and frowned a little bit, the place was beautiful but why did he bring her here now of all places? And a place that made him sad to be here not happy...Aimee began to think she would never understand Gene.

"Well you certainly do have a lot of property don't you! It's beautiful none the less my love."

She ran her hand over the fireplace and smiled softly moving over to hug Gene.

"Guess what Gene!"

"Yes, it is beautiful. And guess huh... Your hungry? No? Okay. What?" Gene smiled and hugged her back gently, swaying on the spot.

"Tea?" He asked, walking over to the pot over the fireplace.

Aimee shook her head at every incorrect guess that Gene took, smiling and when he eventually gave up she stood on her tiptoes and kissed his lips softly, gently, and drew away to kiss Genes cheek.

"I love you..."

Moving to sit down on a sofa Aimee took off her coat and snow boots.

"Oh yes tea would be lovely Gene."

"Aww... I love you too." He kissed Aimee back.

Gene nodded and walked over to the cabinet, and whistling, he pulled out a small box of tea, and placed some into the boiling cauldron of water, where it immediately started to give off a fragrant smell.

"Siberian tea. Awesome right?"
