First Date (Iris and Hades)

Hades showed up to the lake. He saw how beautiful it was. The night sky, the stars were out, there was a half moon. Hades thought it was also beautiful how the night sky shown in the water. Hades waited for Iris to meet him here. Hades was never nervous for a date but this time was different.

Iris nearly ran to the Enchanted Lake, barely containing her excitement. She wanted the date to be perfect so that Hades might go out with her again. Normally she'd take time to admire the beauty of the place but she just wanted to be next to him. Finally she saw him and nearly tackled him. "Sorry about that," she said with a sheepish smile as she let go of him.

Hades laughed. "No it's okay and too be honest i practically ran here as well" Hades smiled at her trying to make her feel better.

"Yeah right, you're just saying that," Iris giggled. She took Hades' hand and interlaced their fingers. That felt..right. "So, how was your day?" She asked him with a smile.

"Yes i was just saying that just to make you feel better" Hades smiled when she interlaced there fingers. "My day was too damn long. I couldn't wait to come here for this date. What about you" Hades asked.

Iris laughed and replied, "Well, you're here now. My day was pretty good. The classes were fine and I'm glad to be back to Hogwarts after the break. But yes, I was very impatiently waiting to spend time with you," she smiled slyly at him.

Hades smiled. "Same here. I still got to sign up for my classes but other then that my day was good, boring but good".

Iris laughed and replied, "Well, you're here now. My day was pretty good. The classes were fine and I'm glad to be back to Hogwarts after the break. But yes, I was very impatiently waiting to spend time with you," she smiled slyly at him.

"So, what do wanna do?" She asked him.

"Wanna put our feet in the water" Hades asked.

"Alright!" Iris replied with a grin and they walked clooser to the lake. She flopped down on the ground and tugged at Hades' hand for him to sit down next to her.

Hades sat down next to her with his feet in the water. "It's really beautiful tonight" said Hades looking out to the water.

"And the stars look so pretty in thr sky," Iris whispered, putting her head on Hades' shoulder.

"They look wonderful". Hades looked at Iris who put her head on his shoulder. "Can i do something" asked Hades. "I promise it's nothing bad".

"Sure, okay." Iris replied, wondering what it is Hades wanted to do.

Hades leaned in and kissed her softly on the lips. Hades didn't want to take anything too fast so he pulled away. "Sorry" Hades looked away.

"Hey, it's okay," Iris replied softly, placing her hand on Hades' chin so he'd look at her. "I was looking forward to that and it was nice." She admitted with a sheepish smile. She turned to face him, placed her arms around his neck and kissed him harder, feeling a bit passionate.

Hades was surprised and wrapped his arms around her waist and responded to the kiss with just as much passion as Iris.

After a few seconds, Iris pulled back and leaned her forehead against Hades' and looked into his eyes. "That was amzing," she whispered, as she absent mindedly ran her fingers through his hair.

Hades panted. "Yeah it was and was that your first kiss" asked Hades even though he had a feeling on what the answer would be.

"Yeah, it was." Iris replied quietly, as though embarrassed. "That obvious, huh? Sorry if it wasn't good enough."

Hades quickly regretted his words. "No the kiss was amazing, I only asked that question because I wanted to make sure that I was your first kiss and not someone else" Hades smiled at Iris.

"Sadly, I can't say the same for you seeing that you already had a girlfriend," she teased him. "But I'm glad you werr my first kiss." Iris smiled at him and kissed him softly once more and laid her head on his shoulder.

"Sadly you weren't but i'm glad i was yours and i'm glad that i'm here right now with you" Hades smiled as she laid her head on his shoulder.

"I'm really glad I'm here as well." Iris said. She joined their fingers as it gave her a feeling of reassurance. "Ever think about what's going to happen after we leave Hogwarts?" She asked Hades.
