You can rant anything (even the dumbest) on Cel because they don't even matter to her. :DD and yeah, because she's that innocent and unknown to everything Ellie does. She can be a bestfriend who'd try to understand you even if these stuff don't really register in her mind. c: You can teach her some stuff on how to be 'imperfect'.
