Charms, Lesson 4 - year 2

Lenora got everything ready for her students. She had a feeling that her class would nail this charm but you never no. As she waited she used her wand to start a fire in the fire place.

Thomas walked into his Charms class to see only the teacher there. He shrugged his shoulders and took a seat. "Hello professor" said Thomas getting out what he needed for the class.

Alex walked into the class and nodded at the professor, "Morning Professor." She noticed that she hadn't seen the boy before, and by the crest in his robe, he's a Slytherin too.
"Hello, I don't think I've seen you before. Have you joined recently?"

Thomas looked at the girl who was talking to him and saw she was a Slytherin to. "Hello i'm Thomas Gilbert and yes i joined recently, and you are" Thomas asked being polite.

Crystal walked in to see only a couple of students.

"Hello Professor." she said brightly.

"Hello My name is Crystal, but you can call me Chrys." She said to the few students that were there.

Thomas looked up "Hello i'm Thomas Gilbert" Thomas introduced himself to the girl Crystal from Ravenclaw.

Crystal smiled at the Slytherin. "Are you new here? I don't believe I have seen you around before."

As she said this Crystal took a seat near where he was sitting, she always liked making new friends.

Iris entered the class well-prepared. She waved at her friends who were already there and took her seat, "Hey guys!" noticing there's a real guy that her friends have been fairly introduced, she also introduced herself remembering her goal to make plenty of friends as possible and this was another chance now. "Hi. I'm Iris. Call me Eye. New here I suppose?"

'Alexis Anastasia Hope, your fellow Slytherin. Welcome to Hogwarts.' Alexis smile at the newcomer.
'Hello Eye, Crys' She waved at the others.

"Yes i'm new here along with my sister Alex and it's nice to meet you" Thomas said with a quick smile.

Iris nodded and smiled at Tom, "Oh yeah! I remember her! On Flying lessons this day. She's nice."

Anna walked into the classroom and smiled at her Professor and her classmates before sitting down on her chair. She was still not in a mood to talk, even after several months.

Thomas nodded. "Yeah she better be nice if she isn't then i'd have to kill her" Thomas said to Iris sarcasticly.

"Okay class i'm going to put you into partners and someone will have an extra person. We will be working on the tickling spell. Someone will use this against there partner and it will tickle them. Then you will use the spell to make it stop. If someone in the future was to ever attack you simple use this spell and if you want make a break for it. Okay the partners will be Crystal Wells and Thomas Gilbert, and Annabeth Tshering, Iris Jane Frances and Alexis Hope. Now when you get with your partner/partners say rictusempra. The reversal spell to make it stop is Finite Incantum. Now get with your partners and try it. Remember say it very clearly" Lenora waited for her students to begin.

Iris gave a last chuckle at Tom and beckoned Sia to their position. She inhaled deeply and sighed heavily, concentrating. Holding out her wand she said in her clearest tone, "Rictusempra! Sorry for this, Sia."

Alexis doubled up immediately, laughing hysterically. She struggled to get her wand wand out and gasped out, "Fin- Finite Incantatum!"
"Eye! I'll get you back!" She yelled smiling evilly and Pointed her wand at her, "Rictusempra!"

Iris laughed like she never done before and it was too late to react now. She steadied her wand grip and spluttered the reverse spell. "Fi - Fin - Finite Incantatum!" The tickling stopped and she breathed while gasping for air, her stomach compressing.

'That's fun!' Alexis said happily. Suddenly she noticed Anna hadn't spoken a word since she came. 'Hey Anna, won't you practise?'she asked the Ravenclaw.

Iris was back to normal and exclaimed with joy, "Right you are! Yeah Anna. What's up?" she asked the silent Annabeth.

Thomas went over to Crystal and got out his wand "Sorry Crystal, rictusempra" Thomas watched as Crystal started to laugh. He felt kinda bad.

Anna took a deep breath. In her mind, all that was being said was It's like throwing a dagger. It's like throwing a dagger...

She took a deep breath and calmly chanted, "Incarcerous," at Alex's feet.

Alexis jumped up in the air to avoid the spell, 'Anna!' she said in shock, 'What's the matter with you? We're practising the tickling charm, not the binding one.'

Anna looked up. She blinked. "We were?" she asked. She was seriously unaware of that fact. After all, she had been ridiculously distracted as of late. "Uh... yeah, sorry."

She then muttered, "Rictusempra," which sent a long purple beam through the air, this time, she aimed it at Iris.

Crystal couldn't stop laughing.

"T-Thomas! Fin-Finite Inc-Incantatum!" she said and thankfully stopped laughing.

"Thomas you will pay for that." she said smiling "Rictusempra!"

Thomas fell to the floor laughing. "O-o-okay you g-g-got me C-c-c-rystal" Thomas was still laughing.

Thomas got out his wand and used the reversal spell. "Fin-F-F-Finite In-n-n-incantatum!" Thomas shouted. He stopped laughing and looked at Crystal. "Okay i guess that was fair" Thomas chuckled a little.
