History of magic- Founders of Hogwarts (COMBINED CLASS!)

Anna heard someone say her house and saw a Chocolate Frog flying towards her, she caught it and opened it slowly, checking the card.

"Ptolemy?" she muttered, then her lips curled. She needed this card for the Chocolate Frog Card collection she and Nat shared.

"Thanks!" she announced, looking around for the girl who said her name, putting the card in her pocket.

Karma waved at the Ravenclaw. "You're welcome~!" It seemed she'd made it her mission to give every student in their first History of Magic class of the year happy through way of Chocolate. It made her smile.

Karma transferred her smile to her Firstie. "Good, good. Here." She handed JJ a very plain, very muggle, already opened package of Red Vines. She shoved two into her mouth before bringing out some Everlasting Gobstoppers. "These are my weakness." Karma whispered in a conspiritual voice to JJ. "I'd do anything for a box of these."

J. J. smiled as she took the opened box, "These I know."
Taking some out of the box, she examined them for a moment, thoughts of the prank candy making her momentarily nervous, before putting them in her mouth.
She looked around the room agian. It was starting to get quite full.
"Surely," she said turning her attention back to her own desk, "We must be close to started the class now."

Karma shrugged. "Class starts when Professor Downie says it starts, no sooner, no later." she put some more Everlasting Gobstoppers in her mouth shot style (it was her favorite, and opinionated most effective way to eat candy).

"Fair enough," J. J. said, glancing quickly at the professor at the front of the room, before watching Karma shoot back more candy.
She wondered how the girl could consume so much without feeling completely wired. J. J. hadn't even eaten half the amount that Karma had, and she was already feeling fidgety.
Then again, Zachary always said that sugar made her more jumpy, faster, than it did to most people.

Karma glanced at JJ. "Do you have a question, Firstie?" She watched the girl figit. "Wow. I kinda forgot people don't usually eat candy as much as I do."

J. J. blushed, "I may have ingested a little too much sugar." She looked down and realized she still had the box of Red Vine. She immediately passed it back to Karma, "I'm cutting myself off."
She looked around the room, trying to find an outlet for the extra energy she had just acquired.
Her gaze fell once more on the professor. He seemed like a good guy, though something in his eyes... he looked sad... more like broken.
"This Professor," she turned back to Karma, "Do you know him? What his teaching styles like? Hard, easy, mean?"

Karma started stuffing all of her candy and candy wrappers into her bag. "Professor Downie? He's a nice guy, nicer than Colbalt, I assume, I mean, we are allowed to talk before class." She shrugged. "And I applaud you on being able to cut yourself off." She put the edge of the Everlasting Gobz box into her mouth and threw her head back, swallowing and sucking in time with the many peices of candy going into her mouth. Soon, the box was empty, and she was done. She swallowed the last few and smiled as the sugar found its way into her system. She didn't react to it, it was a familiar and welcome buzz, and it was about time it got there. She stowed the empty box in her bag and sighed. She was still hungry, go figure.

Koehl sighed and entered the classroom, hoping she wouldn't be noticed. She had once again, ran into Peeves on the staircases. Why did he like to pelt her with little jelly beans? She took a seat close to the door, and sighed. She noticed a few slytherins and Gryffindors, along with a Ravenclaw and another Hufflepuff.

Oh whee She thought Combined classes She rested her head on her arms, trying to sleep a little before class started.

Anna saw another Hufflepuff trying to sleep before class started. She decided to sit next to her, poking the girl in the shoulder gently.

"I'm sorry to bother you," she whispered. "But hey. I'm Anna. Tired, huh?"

Koehl yelped and jolted upright when someone poked her shoulder. She noticed a Ravenclaw girl sitting next to her.

"Koehl. Yea, you could say I'm tired." Koehl laughed lightly and smiled.

"It's okay," Anna laughed. "I'm tired right now, actually. So, do you have any friends in this class? I don't really have any yet."

Koehl yawned.

"The first days of school are always tiring. No, I don't really have any friends actually. I don't socialize very much. Perhaps I should change that..." Koehl stared down at her desk, and then shrugged.

"You can always be my friend," Anna grinned, though she felt she was being overenthusiastic. "And trust me, when you're in Hogwarts, you're going to need friends. I mean, how else can you enjoy it?"

Koehl smiled. She liked the excited Ravenclaw. "I'd like to be your friend. And you do have a point. It would be a long lonely year without friends, and quite boring also. I do wonder when class is going to begin though."

Karma looked over her shoulder and smiled. "Huffle! Heads up!" Karma pulled out a chocolate frog and threw it to the back of the room where the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff were sitting. "Happy First Lesson! Have some free energy!"

Koehl eeped and caught the Chocolate missle. She wrinkled her nose at the frog. "Erm, thanks, but I don't like chocolate." She held the frog out to Anna. "Would you like it?"

"I prefer a compromise," Anna grinned. "You can have the card, and I'll have the chocolate. Deal?"

"Hm, yes, I do believe we have a deal." Koehl flipped the card over, noticing it was just another Dumbles. She placed the frog on Anna's desk, and shoved the card into her pocket. "I've got ten of him."

Anna laughed, nibbling her frog. "I had Ptolemy just now. Lucky, huh? I swear, if any of us get another Dumbledore I am going to freak. Natalia - my friend - and I share a Frog Card Collection and we have like twenty of him."

"Oh my god, thats alot!" Koehl laughed and got out a notebook and pencil, and just started doodling to pass time. "So, since we're just sitting here, why don't you tell me some about you."

Anna began, "Umm... I'm part Asian. Bhutanese to be exact. It explains my surname. Tshering. It sounds and looks weird."

For the first time in months, Anna felt awkward.

"I like your last name. Exotic, and it rolls off the tongue nicely. Mine sounds odd. Saeva." Koehl smiled at Anna. "I'm French, though I think I might have some Korean on my fathers side of the family...or maybe it was Taiwan...hm."

Anna laughed it off. "Asia is the biggest continent in the world," she smiled. "I'm not surprised if you get half the countries mixed up."

"Yes, and theres just so many little countries also that many don't know about." Koehl doodle an eye on her piece of paper
